This stall is part of a group that has stalls at other hawker centres including Redhill Hawker Centre, which I frequent often. They have good Braised Duck Noodles. Often there is a queue, but it moves fast. You have a choice of yellow noodles or kway teow noodles. The chilli is also potent, but it adds a good kick to the noodles. You can ask for a little chilli first if you are worried you can't take the heat. The soup on the side is also good and flavourful. Try it!

I am a regular at Redhill Hawker Centre. One of my favorite stalls here for morning breakfast is the Braised Duck Noodles.
They sometimes sell out by 10am, so go early to avoid disappointment!

This coffee stall has been at Redhill Hawker Centre for a long time.
I first noticed this stall about 2 years ago, when I saw the uncle roasting and grinding his own coffee beans. This means he takes effort to produce the coffee that he sells to his customers. After my first cup there, I am hooked! The coffee is aromatic.

My favorite order here is the black coffee (Kopi O).
Often times, I will also order the half boiled eggs. What is unique about this place is that you will see a big stainless steel bowl, about 30cm wide with eggs steeping in hot water. The uncle controls the temperature of the water by adding hot water regularly. So when you order your eggs, you get them immediately, rather than wait a couple of minutes for them to start cooking the eggs. The eggs are perfectly cooked, half boiled and runny. Absolutely divine! Highly recommended for Coffee and Half Boiled Eggs.
