It was a humid day and I was craving for cold beancurd. So I checked in to Foursquare to see if there's any nearby. To my delight, spotted this and so went down to satisfy my craving. My bowl of cold beancurd is really soft and silky. The sugar syrup of the cold beancurd is brownish in colour beacuse i ordered the gula melaka syrup. That's make the taste different from the rest of the beancurds. my friend ordered the beancurd with rice dumplings.

had an awesome dinner at Hup Hup Mushroom Minced Pork Noodle. Ordered their minced pork noodle. The minced pork is very nicely marinated and finely chopped to very even tiny pieces. The noodle is also very soft and chewy! Yum yum! Totally love the sauce. Goes so well with the noodles and minced pork meat.

The hokkien mee is really delicious, they not only use the yellow noodles, they also used bee hoon. The gravy is very thick and tasty and most importantly, the prawn they added to the dish is really fresh. The bright orange prawn is cooked perfectly, the flesh is juicy and succulent. To me, the highlight of the dish is the sambal chilli.

chicken rice Smile May 07, 2012

[IMG:1We ordered two plates of chicken rice to share between the 3 of us. The chicken meat is quite tender and the sauce given for the chicken further brings out the taste of the chicken. The chilli is also very nice – spicy, sourish and not too salty. I love dipping the chicken meat into the chilli sauce for an additional kick.

Economic Fried Bihun (plus the fried vege)
Somehow this is a good breakfast, very filling. Plus a cup of fragrant kopi will be great.
The luncheon meat is fried so the flavour is better. I like the chillies that i asked for, spicy and appetizing. As a spicy lover i cant live without chillies.
