Mushroom soup

Mushroom soup

Aston's Specialties, I'm sure its quite well known for its name. They sell a wide variety of western food from steak, chicken chop, fish cutlet, burgers, etc. They are well known for the food and it's cheap for a meal of western food.
I ordered mushroom soup as I didn't have much appetite. The mushroom soup taste heavenly with small slice of mushroom in it. Aston's at Cathay sells the best garlic bread so far. Its crispy and hot when served not like the other outlets which I've tried before. This serves as a great appetizer.

Egg Tart

Egg Tart

Swee Choon Dim Sum cafe sells a variety of dim sum. It may be lesser in variety as compared to other dim sum restaurants like Crystal Jade, etc. But all the dishes are of quality.
My favourite dish is Egg Tart! It's different from other egg tarts that I've tried before.
It's crispy on the outside and soft filling on the inside. It taste just right not too sweet nor too bland. Best to eat while it's hot. It's alright to keep it overnight, as the taste will be the same even if you take it the next day.
I've also tried their century egg porridge which taste really good. It's sweet and taste like baby porridge. It does not contain much seasoning like soy sauce.
