This evening about 9pm, after exercise, I step into this food court to look for hot desserts.

I order Tau Suan (Green Bean paste). Since it is near to closing time and I notice that the toppings have large amount of left over. Then I request more for the toppings (yao zha guah) and the friendly staff generously give nearly double of it.

Tau Suan is one of my favor hot desserts. This bowl of Tau Suan has fragrant smell and without any charred smell. As cooking paste is easily get a smell of burnt. The heat and time must be control well in order to achieve good smell without scorched. It is really delicious

The price is $1.50 per bowl.

Today I re-visit Dean & Deluca which is located at Orchard Central. The store is selling the food stuffs original from USA.

I order the Mango Lassi. This drink is contains of Mango, Yogurt, Milk, Sugar and a Pinch of Ground Cardamom.

Mango is my favorite fruit and mix with Yogurt. It is a healthy drink.

After drinking it, and taste fantastic good; I feel the natural freshness and sweetness.

The price is $6.00/6.50/7.00 and depends on the size you order.

Today, I pass-by this stall. I want to have some snack and decide to buy cake.

A Vanilla cup cake with chocolate cream and candies spread on top. You can tell that the decoration is so pretty and the chef has eternal ideas after glance through their cakes display in the showcase. So it is very attractive and seduction to the eaters. It has increased our appetite. Be frank, after tasting it, it is really good taste and not creamy and sweet.

I will come back to try their other flavors.

Today, I am trying McCafe’s newly launches Banana flavors drinks. It has three flavour; Hot Choco Banana, Caramel Banana Frappe and Choco Banana Frappe.

I choose the Choco Banana Frappe. When I take the first sip and I really love it. There is a strong taste of Choco and able to taste the banana and chocolate chips in every sip that I drink and overpowering my taste bud.

I will try their other flavors for my next visit.

The price is $4.95 per cup.

There are two options of flavors to choose black forest or Vanilla is your preference and there are choices of different sizes of the cake 4” is $11.80 choice is only Vanilla, 6”is $20.80 and there are bigger size 8’’ is $28.80.

We chose the size of 6” with black forest flavor. The staff serves us the cake onto the stand and hands us all the necessary colorful piping bags and icing decor for us to proceed with our decorations. It will be extra cost for additional icing decor, usual is $2.00 per packet; but I find that it is much enough unless you are more creative type and make the cake more sophisticated.

It is really fun to draw on the cake although this is not our first time decorating the cake. We enjoyed the process very much. After doing it, we feel satisfactory.

The cake texture is soft and delicious. I really like their black forest flavor, full of fruits and not sweet at all.
