This evening, I re-visit the restaurant to have my supper. It was quite crowded.

This time I want to try their Hong Kong' style Fried Rice with Beef. The Fried Rice contains of slices of beef, eggs, onion and spring onion. Although it looks very plain, surprisingly that the taste is good and the meat is very tender, smooth and juicy. I personally find that it is a bit salty. Overall it is worth eating it.

The price is $7.50 per plate.

This evening, I feel hungry after work. I step in to this restaurant.

I order the Fu Yong egg with Rice. I am astonishing, when this plate of food place in front of me. It is just a simple fried egg rice which the chef willing to put in effort to decorate it and become so attractive that increase eaters' appetite. A big piece of golden fried egg wrap up the filling- fried rice with Pork, carrots, tomatoes, beans, chives and vegetables. The taste of the fried rice is excellent good.

The price is $7.50 per plate.

Today, I re-visit this restaurant located at Bugis’.

I order the Meatless Minestrone which is vegetarian soup with Potato, carrot, celery, macaroni, kidney beans, cabbage, zucchini, leek, basil and the Condiment is Gremolata (Mixture of parsley, lemon rind, garlic & parmesan cheese). It has a wonderful colors - the green and white flesh of zucchinis, the blood red kidney beans and the plump tomatoes.

Each mouthful is a burst of flavors with the gremolata giving a slight garlicky after taste.

The price is 6.50/7.80/9.0 depending of the size.

This evening, I step into this restaurant located at Paragon where serve several types of soup. I decide to have Tokyo Chicken Stew for my dinner

They provide homemade marinade succulent chicken seasoned to form the delectable teriyaki flavoring. This stew mainly contains of radish, carrot, leek, shitake mushroom, enoki mushroom, bamboo shoot, lotus root, celery, garlic, onion, sake, mirin which is simple and authentic. According to them; the marinated chicken is simmered in a broth of sake and mirin.

The soup becomes a well-balanced meal and it tastes extremely good.

The price is 7.20/8.50 depending of the size.

Today, we order the one foot longs Ham sandwiches and ask to cut into two pieces. With succulent slices of ham, you cannot beat this favorite. Especially it indicates that it contains less than 6 grams of fat.

The classic style sliced ham with our choice of fresh 6 vegetables tomatoes, green peppers, onions, olives and pickles-jalapeno and the choice of 7 condiments, I pick Honey Mustard and Mayonnaise served on freshly choice of baked bread, I pick Italian. It is very nutrition and the children love this ham sandwiches very much.

The price is $8.00 for a foot longs sandwiches.
