Now that Raffles City basement food hall has done a facelift, it also makes the whole ambience setting better! Yoguru has been my favorite brand of yogurt ever since the day I discovered it. I'm a huge fan. The yogurt is creamy, doesn't melt quickly and has no 'gelat' aftertaste. It is simply refreshing and heavenly. However, the downside factor is that Yoguru only serves 2 flavors at one go, making it Natural and another fruit flavor.. it happened to be Mango when I was there.

Served in Regular, Large and Jumbo size. I ordered the Large as I knew the Regular would not be sufficient to satisfy my yogurt rush. A huge generous swirl of yogurt without toppings, the frozen yogurt is good on its own! So wonderful, I could eat it every day. Definitely a must-try for everyone, especially frozen yogurt lovers!

Hidden gem or just, gem. Smile Nov 23, 2010

It was another Friday night where my boyfriend and I wanted to have dinner out at Boat Quay area. We actually walked around aimlessly for half an hour before deciding to finally settle down at Hannibal, a European bistro and pub. It was a lively night where yuppies were chilling out with beer and alcohol and a small percentage of families, some with toddlers were there too.

We took a glance at the menu that contains a range of Italian cuisine: pizzas and pastas. They do have other mains, salads, etc too. Though only a classic black and white menu in italic font, the words kinda spoke to us and also, the prices are reasonable so we simply gave it a shot.

Ordered the vongole clam spaghetti. It's a quintessential summer dish in nature and Hannibal's turned out to be amazingly delicious. The portion was an average size but the white wine fragrant was deep. We could have been adventurous and be bold to try other flavors of pizza but we didn't, once again we had a fruiti di mare pizza which we'd often order at pizzerias. Its size is of Large at what you'd usually get at pizzerias, except commonly 22 inch, Hannibal's is one inch wider, yes 23 inch. Thin-crust dough, I love. Topped with goody fresh mozzarella cheese and seafood. The pink door prawns were crunchy and the mussels were sweet, clams and calamari were good too.

All prices on the menu are Nett. It's a cool chilly place to simply hang out or have dinner.

I have heard of the xiao long bao at this restaurant many times. I have also heard that the restaurant is always packed with customers and customers have to get queue numbers in order to get a table.

The first time I went was on a weekend, it was so packed that I had to give up. We were back again another day, this time on a weekday and yes, we got in with a reservation.. only after waiting for an hour.

The xiao long bao were really amazing, you get to choose your own soup base, either in 10 pieces of one flavour or it comes with 8 pieces, 8 different flavors.

I must say the xiao long bao was worth waiting and I will definitely go back again.

My mom bought a takeaway packet of soup from Soup Spoon. My all-time favorite was the pumpkin soup, but not after I tried this. It was delicious. I can taste the richness and loaded amount of vitamin C in it! The basil adds a hint of goodness. It’s a really refreshing, healthy yet filling dish.

Yoguru Smile Aug 29, 2011

New stall here at International Plaza. Being in the CBD area and being a loyal fan of Yoguru, my decision was made almost instantly to get a frozen yoghurt for dessert, a large one that is. The flavor was the yoguberry, something of mixed berries. I had a twist of natural and the mixed berries flavor together. For toppings I had oreo cookie crumbs. I like the staff at Yoguru, they are friendly, cheerful and prompt! Yoguru yoghurt remains a smooth, creamy and heavenly texture, simply refreshing and light.
