Located at the basement of Orchard Central with a card payment system. I was recomended to try their signature pork belly dish and it was very shiok! Well marinated, juicy and tender cooked over the grill. Meat lover - this is the one for you! I like that they perfected the cook of the pork belly. Love the sauteed mushrooms that came on the side with it, nicely cooked with a hint of butter. My partner had the carbonara which was pretty good too. I like the smoky flavour of the bacon tossed with the cream sauce. Usually I get bored of the creaminess but this pasta cream sauce was good enough for us to polish the whole plate. Overall, a good dinner place when you're in town. 

Spent a lovely afternoon tea time at Eggs & Berries with my boyfriend. We ordered the waffle and mango pancakes. Beautiful representation and so instagram worthy. You get to drizzle your prefered sauces - chocolate, maple and strawberry over your desserts. The waffles were topped with a generous amount of fruits and nuts like almonds, macadamia nuts and walnuts. A little dry if you eat without any sauces or whipped cream. Match the waffles with chocolate sauce and it was perfecto! The mango pancake was the seller for me. Layered with whipped cream, mango and pancake. It was visually breath taking and super yummy! Soft fluffy pancake although it was on the thin side but it still manage to absorb the maple syrup. I will be back to try the mains and burgers.

Dining at 1 Market was a surprising dinner find for my friends and I. It is located at the new plaza sing building. Despite the comments I heard about the place, we decided to give it a go since it wasn't too expensive.

Upon entering I was charmed by the kampung style of the place. Being a sweet tooth, I was immediately attracted to the dessert section before anything else - love the beautifully decorated dessert section. Very yummy desserts and wide selection too. They have seafood selection too so we chow down to the fresh oysters - Sulculent! The other dishes were flavourful and I highly recomend their grilled squid. It is very well marinated and not rubbery at all. The food was replenish pretty quickly, lovely staff that whisk to clear your empty plates so overall we had a nice time.
