Today was invited for Japanese food treat. So visited Causeway and at level 5. Go for this resturant, we ordered 2 special set. Katsutake Tai nabe gozen and Ichiban Gozen. Both are popular demand LOL. Serving was faster than we expect. The taste of soup got Katsutake Tai Nabe Gozen is just nice and sweet. It keep warm in hotpot. The Combination of fresh Salmon , prawns, vegetables and smoked duck meat on top of sushi rice pizza. Ichiban Gozen is also one of popular dish. Salmon sashimi, assosrted tempera and favorite eel fish meat with special sauce. This set is also one of my recommendation if you visit this shop. This places was my 2nd visit this year and atmosphere is still great for dining. Must visit.

Went basement of City hall, there are many nice food. Visit this resturant for ramen. The environment is simulate like Japan seating arrangement and traditional furniture. Start to order their signature seafood miso ramen and Sapporo special miso ramen. The wait is consider fast about 10mins. The ramen soup is sweet, thick and taste great. The ramen mee is spongy and mixed well with the soup. Topping with Char sie, half boiled eggs and corns. The seafood ramen was also topped with big clams, prawns, vegetables etc. both are slightly spicy and fulling for normal person. I loved the soup texture that make me sweat too. Will back again again next time.

Was at city hall area, saw this resturant with American style concept. We started to ordered a lite peppercorn ribs as their signature disk also and special disk beer battered fish. Waiting time was slightly longer than normal possibly inclusive catching step too. Ha

The signature disk peppercorn ribs look delicious and well done. There isn't much fats and tender meat. The sauce is good and roasted just nice. This disk also serve with vegetables and mesh potatoes. Another disk beer battered fish was my first taste too. There are no alcohol taste and fish is like cold fish and thickness about 10mm. Very freshness of fish is not doubt about it and serve with salad and Tatar sauce. Both dish serving is just nice for free with a drink. Can try if you like ribs.

It was a long time and missed those Claypot porridge from A One. Waiting time was fast and started to ordered their signature disk minced meat and assorted eggs Claypot porridge , assorted vegetables with sambal and deep fried homemade prawn balls and dried fruit tea. Serving of about 10mins. Claypot was served hot and strong aroma of porridge. The porridge have a thick textured. Assorted vegetables was very well done as not that spicy even with sambal with bigger fried Ikan blis alike. Vegetables is fresh and crushy feel. The prawn balls is house made. I felt it is not that great by my taste and not value for money too. It will be great if serve slight bigger. Ha. Overall was great and those like porridges must give it a try.

Happened to visit Comex 2016 and pass by this Resturant. A lady with cultural suit in front. We started to order. Waiting not long and finally was served. Kimchi Ramen was spicy with one raw egg as toppling. Noodles is quite spongy but I think the serving can be for 2 person. So much with Claypot style. Chic Dolsot same as bibimbap. It require some mixing with assorting vegetables before tuck in. The sauce must be mix with Korea specific sauce like red pepper chili paste but not hot at all. The rice is not that warm. Overall is a good experience and decoration is cool.
