First time visit to Chicken hotpot. The place was crowned and have to wait for 5 mins before ordering. Original from Shanghai and have 2 more outlet is Singapore.

Without further delay, ordered a chicken mild spicy signature hotpot and prawns with fried. The preparation look quite fast and with a special hotpot jigs to keep warm.
The soup can be topup anytime.

The ingredient chicken and prawns was fresh with green Chilli, vegetables and onions. The chicken is very tender with special soup. It was a good mixture. Just caution as it so hot. 🌶🌶
It would like best if can order some side dish.

Went for a light break and saw this cafe with many Hong Kong style bread and milk tea. Ordered popular pineapple bun and red bean toast with Honolulu signature cold coffee.

The toast is slightly oily at first sight possibly from butter toppling. The red bean is in between but taste so so. The pineapple bun on the hand is great and good nice.

Overall average standard and better care elsewhere.

Ordered our signature seafood Tom Yam, spicy Kan Lam and Thai style roasted chicken. Compared to previous , now they used Ipad look more modern.
The waiting as usual was quite fast with drink serving at first.

Finally Tom Yam was seafood and spiciness is great. The soup consists of prawns, sotong, white fish etc. Combine with white rice. The Kan lan is spicy but can be improved with cleaner look. Next roast chicken is good not only first bite but also on appearance. The chicken comes with 2 special sauce. One is sweet and sour and other is sauce soy. Both are too good to be a combination.

Having know about Tsukiji fish market in Japan and fresh Salmon or tempura set will be in your mind. But this restaurant situate at Orchard Central 12 floor ( Roof TOP ). It is newly in operation. The place is cool and modern furniture which look spacious.

Ordered their signature Tsukiji special Bara Chirashi Don set and Salmon Ikura Don set. The chefs will Japanese member possibly for this place. The Bara Chirashi served with rice and Miso soup too. It is perfect with some vegetables salad as side dish. The fresh Salmon mixture of colours was already melt your heart. Cut in small piece for easy biting. The topping comes with cut pieces of Tobiko ( Fish eggs ) , Maguro ( Tuna) , egg piece etc. Detail can refer to picture.

Overall experience is very good. Will try their termpura set when have another opportunity.

Looking at the menu made me wonder , it is a Japanese restaurant as name hoshino coffee. The environment total do look like one. The food is modern and order their signature Salmon Wasabi spaghetti and strawberry French toast. This round we also ordered ice Hoshino coffee and iced fruit tea.

Possibly 10-15mins and finally our food arrived. The Salmon wasabi look great with alot of seaweed on top with special made cheese. The taste was so special. The spaghetti is thin type and medium contexts. It taste is good for me except more spicy 🌶 will be a plus.

Those Chef recommendation strawberry French toast look beautiful and sweet with some honey to TOP up. It have 3 type of taste inside your mouth. Wow 😳 that so special as I don't eat such stuff often. Iced coffee is so special in my tasting as comes with syrup and milk. Mixture them up and you can feel the coffee mild taste and not so sweet. More of healthy choice but it is good for a tired day.

Overall is my first attempt and will come back for spaghetti.
