water chestnut cake is normal because it's not their speciality. it feels like just pudding with bits of water chestnut. not something i would recommend.chendol was really awesome.i love their ice product. their ice is so soft that it really taste like snow! not something that one can miss when visiting their stores!
walnut paste was normal as well. it was serve warm and not too much for my liking. i prefer it hot so when it was served, it was more to the room temperature.

i love the environment and it is really ancient yet sophisticated. those ancient bing ma yong could be seen all over the restaurant. i had fun taking photos with them!

this is how my lunch set look like while waiting for the mealLYCHEE frOm NOrtH GarDEN. it is basically prawn with lychee and they fried this combination. the taste of the prawn is being complement by the sweetness of lychee and it is pretty good!StIr-frIED kWaY tEOW WItH BEEf. their kway teow is really smooth and they are generous with their serving of beef too.StIr-frIED EE fu NOODLES WItH rOaSt DuCk aND GINGEr. i love this dish the most. the ee fu noodles is well tossed with generous serving of duck strips.

located near the entrance, it is easy to spot. they sell both dim sum, noodles, rice and sides. However, they do not have a wide variety to choose from.

i tried out their beef brisket kuay teow and it was rich in terms of gravy and i feel that they do put in quite abit of beef. it is unlike those stores or restaurants that just place a few pieces of beef. they places in beef tenderloins and beef.
i tried out their assorted porridge as well. they offer quite a variety of porridge. in this porridge, it contains scallops, fish and the condiments seen in the picture. it's more of those cantonese porridge which is sticky and to my liking!!this is their prawn beancurd roll which is really crispy.

located at buona vista, it's really convenient by car or mrt. they have seats for indoors and outdoors.

we ordered quarter chicken with fries. it's really tender and there is a choice of thighs or breast meat. it's priced at $11.50this is bacon with potato quiche with sides. Just the quiche alone would be $7 and any additional side will be $3. they don't really have loads of sides to choose from and among all 4 sides that they offered, i kind of like this better.we have half of pork knuckle with veggies. one could choose up to 3 veggie to go along. not exactly fantastic for the sides

Heard so much about the freshness of the seafood there so i decided to head down. It's located at duxton hill and it's relative easy to find and there is a public car park for those who are driving. Along that stretch of restaurants, they have those for drinking as well.

I ordered a bottle of white wine to complement my seafood platterThis is the seafood platter that they have and it serve 2 person. it is $90++ the seafood was really awesome and fresh, i would love to go again!This is one of their oyster and the freshness is really good that you can taste the sea waterI simply love their brittany crab, the roe was plentiful and i had never seen a crab with so much roe and definitely fresh too. This is their sorbet for dessert!
