Was there before 6pm so no crowd at all.

Saw a review that $10 can feed 3 person so was apprehensive if I should order more since we have 2 adults 2 kids.
Chef advise ordered $20 and I was still worried its too much but when they served I was shocked! It's like a portion what a $10 might be suitable. End up my kids finished almost 70% with just 2 small servings and we just ate a bit.
in the end we have to go another coffee shop to order Charsiew rice, 2 plates to fill up stomach.

overall taste is so so although seafood is quite a bit, and watery, those order $5 version seems so dry.
not worth all the way to try, I saw its #1 so brought whole family from Yishun to try!
its too expensive consider the super small portion!

the fried oyster egg was not available.

The restaurant is outside of the Kallang Wave Mall, you can't access from inside, have to get out around the waterfront.
The restaurant has an extensive menu, from starters to sushi to sashimi to Don and Yakitori to Ramen and Dessert.
However, if you are looking for economical Japanese food, this is NOT the place to go.
Service is pretty ok, deco is nice and food presentation is excellent.
Food wise, it is standard fare, nothing too extreme, but sushi and sashimi is fresh tough.
We had lotus root chips and salmon skin chip - so so
Scallop was $18 and what I didn't like was in menu stated 8pcs but it's actually 4pcs cut in halves.
Swordfish was fresh and excellent, 5pcs at $15
Sashimi donburi was $22 but it is very fresh and rice is sweet, 1 of the better one I had in Singapore.
We had the wagyu sushi (seared when menu show sashimi style) and wagyu Shabu and what irks me was the wagyu beef was already cooked, very cooked in fact in the Shabu soup when they serve me, when the menu shows it is separated! I like to dip in the soup 3-5 times and eat medium rare but this was like 100% cooked!
Yakitori, between $3.50-$6 each stick, is ordinary, not tasty and those with teriyaki sauce was soaked too much.
Only saving grace was the dessert where we had the black sesame pudding with ice cream, small portion but pretty good.
Overall, the bill would have been $200 for 2 adults and 1 kid if we had not gotten the Eatigo discount of 50%!
Would not really recommend it if you are to pay full price!
