It was my friend A's advance birthday celebration
We wanted to give her a sweet treat hence we decide to bring her to Awfully Chocolate!
It was our first time trying their White Chocolate Butterscotch Block and Chocolate Tart
I think they look quite good from first impressions!
We love the sweet-salty butterscotch on the White Chocolate Butterscotch Block!
As for the white chocolate part, we find it too creamy like.
The Chocolate Tart wasn't as good as expected too, i was a tad disappointed
It was bitter, not sweet at all
Overall it was just ok

I'll pass by this store on my way home to the MRT Station. For a few times already, I've been quite intrigued by this store Sometimes when it's dinner time, there'll be a crowd! So this time round, I saw that there's not much people so I grabbed the chance to buy my dinner!
I ordered the grilled chicken drumstick rice to takeaway. The staff is very friendly, packed my food nicely and asked if I need sauces.
Some places don't bother asking! However though service is good, I find the food so so. This cost $6.90 which I find slightly overpriced!
It doesn't taste as good as it looks though! I find that the chicken is slightly hard and dry and the sauce isn't well marinated into the chicken. Perhaps I won't be buying this again.

Spinelli is a good place to chill out after meals
The place is quite spacious with lots of seats around.
Ordering and serving of drinks is quite fast.
My friend ordered a Caramel latte and i got myself a Fruitti-T twist
I tried a taste of my friend's coffee, love the aroma of it!
I can clearly taste the sweet caramel in the drink!
My Fruitti-T twist is an ice blended drink!
It consist of refreshing raspberry with floral infusion
I thought it sounds interesting to taste the floral taste so i ordered this.
It turned out to be quite sour, which is good for me as i had too much dinner earlier on
However i'll not recommend this if you're not a sour food fan!

Decided to have a lunch meet up with my ex-colleague
She's working near Novena hence i decided to head down to have lunch with her.
We wanted to have Western food hence we decided on having our meal at Fish & Co.

There was a typical lunch crowd so service was a bit slow.
We each ordered from their lunch menu.
Each set comes with a salad that we can go freely head to the table to grab.

There's potato salad too, hot favourite.
Service was slow in replenishing the salad bar too, very fast run out of potato salad!
I love the potato salad, very fresh potatoes used.
I think it's red potatoes, love the crunchy taste which is somewhat like apples!

We ordered the Fish and Chip and Salmon Set.
My Fish and Chip was alright, not the best I had before though.
However the fries were great and plenty as usual, always had my fill of them

I tried my friend's salmon, it was very fresh and delicious!
It was a good thick amount of poached salmon, very healthy
It's being served with a good portion of mash potato, yum!
I should have ordered that, I'll definitely have this the next time round i visit!

First time I'm trying their red tea!
Usually i would order their milk tea with pearls
This time round, I'm getting their red tea with pearls!

As usual there's a crowd and queue at KOI but relatively ordering and waiting time is quite fast

My verdict is...the milk tea is still nicer
I find the tea a tad bitter.
Though it's still refreshing once in a while to try something nice.
No doubt the taste of the fragrant tea is still there

I'll recommend to try this if you're an avid tea lover, don't miss this
