Chicken Chop horfun OK Mar 06, 2012
Categories : Food Court

Serving was quite generous, the chicken chop was quite a big piece, it wasn't freshly fried, but quite well marinated. The sauce tasted average, i think it doesnt really go with the chicken chop, but tasted fine with the horfun. Overall, i think it is just average and slightly expensive, will only patronise if there isn't a queue.

Sandwich and Horlick drink Smile Mar 06, 2012

Categories : Singaporean | Café

Wanted to have a light dinner and hence ordered the egg mayo sandwich and iced horlick drink. The egg mayo sandwich was tasty, quite generous with the filling. The iced horlick was too thick and sweet, but it tasted slighlty better when the ice melted. It cost $4.20 which i think was reasonable and quite economical.

Soya beancurd Smile Mar 05, 2012

Was looking for dessert after dinner and decided to try out this quite popular beancurd stall. Beancurd was cold (i ordered the cold beancurd), smooth and sweet, was indeed a great dessert! I also had the cold soyabean drink, which was slightly too sweet for me, and i think it could be thicker, it could be due to melted ice which made it slightly diluted.

Starbucks Breakfast Smile Mar 04, 2012

Ambience was really great, we had the sofa seat, and we could relax, read papers and have breakfast at the same time. The egg and sausage burger as well as the eggwhite & mushroom wrap were fresh and tasty. The latte was really smooth. Overall, i enjoyed breakfast at the place and will definitely patronise again.

Cheng Tng Smile Mar 04, 2012

Categories : Singaporean | Chinese | Hawker Centre | Desserts and Cakes

Was looking for cold dessert as the weather was really hot and decided to try out this cheng tng stall with a long queue. fThere were lots of ingredients in the cheng tng, such as sweet potato, white fungus, dried persimmon, gingko and the white "pearls". The soup was slightly sweet for me. Overall, i enjoyed this dessert, though i find it slightly expensive ($2 per bowl).
