This noodle is very nice as the soup is sticky just like Lor Mee, but the taste is much much different. They have the dumplings in it and If you do not tell them that you wanted the fried dumplings or non-fried dumplings, they will probably give you the fried one, which i do not like it because it is very hard. The noodles is also made of the same material as the Ban Mian, i think flour, maybe? The soup is not too salty and not too tasteless, You must! try it.

Expo is a place where it is very far from my house. After coming to buy cheap stuff at Expo, my aunt and i went to eat Texas Chicken. It has lots of people queuing for the food, and the average waiting time is about, maybe 20 mins? The chicken is actually very hot and fresh as it is made when you order it, that is what made the queue so long but I think it is okay to wait as we want to eat something fresh. The Chicken is actually soft yet it is not soggy, the skin is a little crispy and once we bite it, there will be some steam come out. If you ask me to compare it to KFC, I think it tastes better than KFC but it is just that they do not have much to choose from. The mashed potato I don't really recommend you because they have the worst mashed potato ever, the sauce have some kind of weird taste, I do not know if anyone tastes it, but my family and i tasted it. Anyway, I think you should really try their meat, you won't regret!

This is my favourite food every time i go downstairs and eat. This noodle has got the same material as the min hoon kueh and Ban Mian. But I think U-mian which is tiny noodle in Chinese, the noodle tastes nicer. The soup is actually fish soup but after mixing with all the pork and stuff, the fishy smell is gone, the soup is so nice! The bowl is actually quite a size if you can see the picture, but I think it is enough. They have the cut chilly and the red chilly, I ate it with the red chilly as i think it is nicer. There you can see an egg, I think if you love half boiled egg, you should really eat the egg yolk before it actually gets cooked, that will seem nicer. Anyway, this is fully recommended and you should really try it!

It has been a while since I last go to Chinatown, so i went there today for lunch. I heard that this stall is the busiest during the weekend especially the tourists love to go to Chinatown for some Chinese culture stuff, but it didn't really took me a long queue. I went to see the menu and this dish caught my sight. This actually don't cost me a lot as it is $4/6pieces, cheap right ?? But unfortunately it looked like this, bit shrunk don't you think so ? Luckily it was served with black vinegar and silver ginger. Unfortunately it does not have much soup in the dumpling as it was meant to be soup in it. Still, i would recommend you to try this.
