Food was very different from the normal japanese food you will find in singapore, but it was really good. Would recommend the negitoro don (minced tuna belly with rice) which was the highlight of my meal. The house sake was pleasantly sweet and light and it went really well with the yakitori skewers we ordered. Mario, our waiter, was extremely polite and helpful in helping us with our orders. Kudos to him!!
The place reminded me a lot of the little road side stores along shinjuku where the middle class workers would go for yakitori and alcohol after their work.
