I ordered the steak, which was quite nicely done, succulent, and tender. It was presented in quite a visually appealing way. The taste was perfect for me. The food was quite pricy compared to other restaurants, but the quality was quite good, which more than make up for the high price. I think this may be the best steak in Singapore. I hope everyone can try it at least once and tell me about their views too!

Among all the dishes that I tried at Marche, including the famous marsh potato, I find this mushroom dish from marche quite nice and worth the trip. I find it flavourful and succulent. It was cooked just right, rendering it soft and tender, not too tough and chewy. Even the stalk was tender and good. On the whole, an enjoyable dinner.

I enjoyed this dish as the eel was fresh, soft and full of flavour, and the portion of rice in the bowl was just nice. The portion of unagi was generous, though. The rice was soft and fragrant. If some wasabi was added, it gave more flavour to the dish. Quite crowded when I visited it over the weekend. It was reasonably priced too.
