We went to try this place as it is situated near my friend’s office, just another 5 minutes’ walk. We went for dinner however didn’t left with much wide variety of food to choose from. I order with rice as individual plates, it will be cheaper in this way, the whole the food is too salty to be enjoyable. The rest of the dishes were so-so, except for the Sayur Lodeh, which we thought was very good. There is a similar nasi padang stall in killiney which I prefer, although they are much more expensive.

Went to the restaurant last night for dinner after reading the good reviews about it. I was totally DISAPPOINTED the moment I stepped it. I've made reservation via the phone the day before and apparently they got my name wrong and insisted that it wasn't me until I verified my hp number. I understand that they need to make sure they get the correct person but their attitude was really bad.

We ordered the Grilled Rib-Eye Steak with Vigneron Butter. The bread was hard and cold when it was served and the steak wasn't that fantastic. 1 piece of beef than no more le. I'm sure there are other places that serve better steaks and at a cheaper price. I had difficulty cutting the steak as the knife was blunt. Hence, I requested for a sharper knife and ended up with the waitress frowning at me for making such a request.

Singapore does not have a lot of salad bar places to eat. at least not very good salads.

so this place stands out because it has great salads. you can have a salad with 6 toppings of your choice for about 10 bucks. i usually get some extras so it tends to be more.

the prices have gone up recently, so the value isn't as good as before.

Been passing by Vegan Burg every time my boyfriend and i go to eunos... We decided to try them out; the food was a huge disappointment! I ordered Tangy tartar fish meal; the patty was way too hard. I had indigestion after eating it... Fries was quite well done, not those fab kind that u die have to try out. The batter was a failure; it kept dripping when he was eating. Overall, the patty was really hard for both of us and us aint some old folks... Can't imagine old people eating them. Nice environment though felt like I was at some botanic garden.

The chicken is a bit dry, nevertheless the rice is also excellent, however a bit wet at times, but fragrant and very appetizing. Chili sauce is also pretty good. However, having such an expensive lunch, I think it is not worth for such portion with such price.
Do remember not to just order the set for 1 don’t ordered ala carte – last time I ordered half chicken and 2 rice, it costs me like 20bucks, that is a rip-off.
