Been there for quite a few times and I love their Garlic Buttered Prawns. Best dishes I've eaten there. Do give it a try.
Great place to catch up/chill out with friends over a simple meal or a date with your loved ones.
It's quite popular among youngsters and is full house when I eat there at around 10pm.

One Sunday morning ago, my bf and I decided to go get ourselves some good ol' western breakfast. We haven't been to cafe cartel in a while, so decided to go for their breakfast

The restaurant was about 50% occupied when we got there. Only the muffin was passable. the smoothie menu seems to be attractive. it is just too sweet for me.I don't understand how places can survive selling food like that. Shudder.

Service is generally efficient and I was duly informed that some of the tables have no chair and we are not allow to take chair to sit, it is funny. so do check before you sit down. Otherwise, sit back and enjoy an evening of chilling out with friends. I really enjoy a good live band but don't know that many good places here that actually offers a great combi of good grub, booze and music, other than Timbre and Wala. So I been asking around albeit not making much headway.

One wouldn't expect that high quality of food from a coffee joint, but TCC really delivers on the standards of their food. I must say, the dishes I tried here are generally thumbs up. The service here is also very good. Attentive servers.

Seafood baked Pasta

They serve a really mean and garlicky pasta here. I love how it's nicely done here. Full flavoured seasoning mix of the sauce and cheesy Just be sure you're not going out on a hot date when you're taking this.

So far, Imperial Treasure Bakery provides pastries closest to the Hong Kong flavors. The tarts and buns are not too sweet and fluffy. However the cakes are too sweet and rough.

If you were to compare Imperial Treasure Bakery and Crystal Jade Bakery. Imperial Treasure maybe slightly better than Crystal Jade for the quality.

my colleague birthday and we ordered a birthday cake. it is nice, soft and not too sweet too
