I actually love to eat fastfoods, however the one at Wendy's really does not impress me. Tried their basic burger, which is their hamburger and was really disappointed. The burger bun is really tough and tasteless. The beef patty was really too thin and small and hiding within the size of the burger buns. You will not realise there is a beef patty meat in it only if you flip it opens. The beef patty itself is also abit overcook and the meat is really tough and totally not juicy. The whole hamburger taste quite bland in flavour and is not filling at all.

The red big logo placed on top of this stall really make you feel that this stall looks quite 'professional' and may be able to present quite food here. However after I give it a try, this may be my last visit here. The roasted duck meat is really tough and not juicy at all, though the meat is not too oily. The dark sauce gravy topped on the rice and roasted duck is quite dilute and not fragrant. The herbal soup here is not fill wih much pork ribs and the herbs they used in boiling their soup may not have used enough, which resolve the soup to become quite tasteless.

The only positiive comments which I can really say about this stall is that the stall uncle is very friendly and approachable. However the standard of the wanton noodles here is still not really up to my expectation and need some rooms for improvement. Though the noodles are chewy, the char siew meat which is quite bland in taste and not fragrant at all can really kills this dish. Moreover the wantons are also quite tasteless with only one small little portion of minced meat in every wanton before bring to boil. The presentation looks abit awful as the portionis quite little too.

Thought Jack's Place is very popular on their grilled steak, so I decided to give it a try. I have requested my steak to be medum done but the steak which they served to me is really tough and difficult to chew, this can be consider an 'over-cooked steak'. The boiled potato taste too bland with no special sauce or bacon topped on it. The green peas and sliced carrots are only bring to boil and serve directly on to the hot plate. Taste very plain too. The whole plate is quite a disaster and I really wonder that good nice steak from here is actually mean what?

May look like a really 'in' and 'young' place for those younger generations to have their meals and gathering. However I should say the standard of their cooking is still fair and lots of rooms for improvement. Really dislike their mushroom soup as it is quite diluted and not too creamy at all. Very few sliced mushrooms can be found in the soup as well. This soup may spolit your appetitie for the main course and dessert as well. Ever tried their cream of corn soup as well and is equally diluted and not that creamy too.
