Funny taste of MongGu Tofu OK Apr 13, 2012
Share on TwitterShare on Facebook
Categories : Food Court | Seafood | Zi Char

This dish is so call "new" dish which recommend by the staff. The taste was bit funny as is including of Tofu, mushroom, carrot, chicken cube, mini cone n more of it. But the most special of the tofu is the MongGu sauce in it. It's don really to my like. sad

The price is quite unreasonable as compare to hot-plate tofu.Mong

Little square Bun OK Apr 11, 2012

Bought the outlet deal voucher, and go there and use my voucher.

A subsidiary of the popular Chewy Junior establishment, Square Buns offers a wide variety of 25 different kinds of soft, plump cinnamon buns, including Chocolate & Almond, Marble Cheese, Durian, Banana, and even Chempedak. Whether you have a deep-rooted love for anything cheese-flavoured, or you're a chocolate fanatic. Overall, it is a good snack.

however, it is too sweet.

Sing ho OK Apr 11, 2012

Categories : Hainanese | Coffeeshop | Chicken Rice

Spotted this Hainan Chicken Rice outlet along Middle Road called Sing Ho Hainan Chicken Rice.

The menu cover looks like looks like some vintage Shaolin Martial Art book.

As usual, I ordered 1 plate of chicken (steamed) rice with organ.

With such a large plate, it make it seems as though the chicken rice is very little. The chicken rice was hard and dry. The chicken flavour was not fully in

How was the chicken? Just average. But glad that quite a generous portion of chicken was given.

Yomenya Goemon gives you great variety of pastas with fresh ingredients at affordable value. Pastas average at SGD 12.90 with very generous servings. I had the Napolitano Pasta with Mozzarella and Sausage which was very enjoyable. Service is also very quick and efficient, so it's perfect for the lunch crowd at Raffles area. Seriously I don’t think it is nice to mix Italian food with Japanese style etc., eating pasta with chopsticks. This doesn’t blend it well.

Tako @ ION Smile Apr 11, 2012

The 6 Takoyakis, contained in a boat shaped container said to absorb excess oil and prevent condensation, emitted a flavourful warm aroma. This is especially tempting when it was added with mayonnaise, aonori seasoning and shaved dried bonito. (I know of people who love these balls because of the ‘moving’ bonito). This is a definite yummy worth to try.
it is better than many takoyaki stalls, i tried
