This restaurant was recommended by my sister. Their signature dish is definitely the Samsui Ginger Chicken which originated from the samsui women. Beautifully laid out on a plate with the much-acclaimed ginger in the centre. There is the accompanying sliced chilli and lettuce as well which is quite nicely done and the meat is pretty tender.

We also ordered another dish Beggar Pork Ribs: this was nice but somehow lacking in meat around the bones.

They also offer a pretty wide range of soups. Although their menu is a little on the pricey side, but it's definitely worth a try.

Recently my loved one took me to Halia to celebrate our anniversary...It was a wonderful experience, located at the Ginger Garden of the Botanic Garden, the setting is lush and green...The food was very good and big portion - well prepared and inventive...My recommendation is to definitely sit outside, the fans were blowing which kept a steady breeze and sitting outside really let's you enjoy the natural environment...

We enjoyed their set menu, Foods was delicious - and we all ordered differently - fish, red meat etc all are done perfectly...

In short; decent food with good service and great ambience... smile

One of Singapore's luxe hotel, the Ritz Carlton's Greenhouse restaurant boasts of a lovely dinner buffet that features a mix of international dishes from steak, hock seng fish, oysters, baked scallops, sashimi and many more...With warm and cosy décor and lighting, the spread looks especially tempting...The service was tops, with servers clearing your used plates swiftly and politely re-filling ice waters when they see that your glass is half drunk....

And I'm fortunate to dine in at Ritz Carlton's Greenhouse restaurant on my Birthday with my Loved one... lol

I have eaten here COUNTLESS times, and I still love the tom yum soup is SUPERB, bursting with spiciness and sourness, just don't get it why is white in color... haha!! The soup is always served piping hot, THUMBS UP!!

We ordered our food swiftly since it wasn't as busy, our food arrived shortly after...ordered the Spicy Glass Noodles and Spicy Fried Noodles...

Both of the dish no much different, one of them are in fried type and other one is in soup...Both are super spicy!! Seafood was relatively fresh & not too stingy...nothing special...

Located near my working place, my once a week having lunch over there...my favourite dish Fish Slice/Fish Head Bee Hoon!! Yummy!!

The bowl of Fish Slice/Fish Head Bee Hoon given is very big and fresh, the milky based soup is very nice, slippery rice noodles and a handful of greens...

Oh yeah!! Their Curry Fish Head also my favourite too, was really sedap (tasty)!!...The curry is made with milk and coconut milk so it is not too jelat, but still creamy and the fish was really fresh!! And also it wasn't overly spicy so it suited me fine... smile

I'll got HOOKED by their FISH FISH! smile
