First time dining Chili's!! Menu looks colourful and interesting... Wow!! Portions are rather big, thus sharing is advisable for smaller eaters...

Mushroom Swiss Burger --> Look how juicy and moist those mushrooms are, the beef was juicy and the fries were seasoned with cajun and fried skin on and were good...

Honey Chicken --> These, were pretty darn good...The batter was a light fish and chips batter and it was crunchy on the outside and soft, tender and moist on the inside!!

Grill Chicken --> The Chicken was very nice and juicy moist with those cheese!! Yummy!!

The free-flow drinks are a great idea , I'd certainly recommend this place to anyone who like grills food smile

Ambush my Nom Nom!! Smile Jan 24, 2014

Plaza Singapura is a contemporary shopping mall located along Orchard Road, the restuarant in the mall is pack with people, Q-ing almost all restuarant but surprising Ambush not much people & we'll give it a try...

With 4 of my friend, We placed our orders and the serving was within 20 minutes time... that's fast!!

The Main Dish isn't that great (Forget those Main Dish) but surprising the side dish Mixed Pot (Mussels and Clams) we had was pretty nice, and we thought that the Vin Blanc (white wine) sauce was tasty yet didn't overpower the taste of the seafood...

Mini sausage platter (Grilled mini chicken garlic and chicken cheese sausage with mustard and brown sauce dip) Good for sharing (and with some beer!), the sausages were nicely warm from the grilling and goes very well with the mild mustard...!!

And of cos their Mashed Potatoes, one of the tastiest mashed potatoes that we've ever had~!!

Whenever I return to Ambush for meal, will order their side dish instead of Main dish...

The food is pretty satisfactory for casual... smile

M stands for Mille!! Smile Jan 22, 2014

I & my Boyfriend was shopping at Marina Square & wanted to find a place for kopi so we visited Lady M Confections Singapore then...

To our surprise, there was a queue of around 3 persons in front of us although there were a few empty tables...From observation, it seemed that there was insufficient staff, some of the tables were still not cleared...
We waited around 10 minutes before we got into the cafe...

We've order the Mille crepes and Green Tea Mousse Cake, It was a pity the Green Tea Mille Crepe was not available...

Mille crepes...The more than 20 over layers of crepes were incredibly thin with a soft texture, the light aromatic pastry cream with a hint of vanilla flavour complement the layers well...The Mille Crepe was delicious on the first few mouthful...

Green Tea Mousse Cake...it is amazing!!! The green tea complemented the sponge cake, so fluffy and it tastes really good!!

I personally not a fan of crepes but this crepes like cake is super delicious...The cream is very light and fluffy...Yummy!!

A nice place to have coffee and dessert after your meal or shopping at Marina Square area...

Tell Lola, I love their Brunch!! Smile Jan 21, 2014

Kinda jealous of my Boyfriend living area! Kovan is becoming a hipper place for people living in the North East. The cafe feel comfortable and is a good place for friend having their sweet time to chat... lol

Oh ya...Tables here were refurbished from retro sewing machine table top, so cool!!

We've ordered Lola's Full Monty Breakfast and Avocado Eggs Benedict as main dishes as well as Mocha + Espresso as drink...

The Avocado Egg's Benedit --> The eggs were perfectly poached, and the portion was generous...
Lola's Full Monty Breakfast --> healthy toasted bread & sausage...
Mocha --> taste the chocolate and coffee quite distinctly and even though it's on the bitter side, the velvety finish might capture your heart...
Espresso --> SUPER BITTER!! haha!!

I would definitely visit to try their signature dish Rich Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Tart with Kahlua Coffee Cream!! lol

XXL 21 inch~~ Smile Jan 20, 2014

Categories : Italian | Restaurant | Pasta | Pizza

We came here for my cousin birthday because she wanted to try the XXL pizza!!

This lovely restaurant is definitely worth all your troubles, The best Pepperoni pizza we've had in Singapore!! It's absolutely delicious!! It is true...Thin crust with the right crunch...Salty and flavourful~!!

Conclusion: While it may not be easy to find the place, it maybe well worth your effort and trouble...Reasonable pricing: Their $50 Family size XXL 21 inch pizza is really a value for money to share between 4 adults, you could have 2 different toppings to suit different people and on top of that, the restaurant does not levy service charge...

Will be back for more...
