Attack Sashimi!! Smile Jul 16, 2013

Went there lunch with my loved one, we had sashimi, really fresh most importantly, affordable and value for money. Unlike other places, the fish slices are at right temperature, not too cold. You can buy fresh fish and some Japanese range of snacks and condiments at this outlet. GST included, no service charge (explains a lot). But must pay for towel- $0.30 each.

Spending per head: Approximately $22(Lunch)

I have been to Malaysia few times myself, and am crazy over their Nasi Rendang Chicken, so I take it a try at Singapore, it comes with a piece of chicken with the thick Rendang gravy over the chicken, crackers, sambal chilli and slices of cucumber. The look of it will make you drool and the after taste will still lingers in your mind. Prawn noodles was really good, doused with thick and fragrant gravy. We tried their Kaya Toast Double and it's not bad either. Overall a nice dining location.

There's a Mango!! Smile Jul 06, 2013

First attempt!! First try!!

Order Mango Strudel...

The pastry was nicely crisp, not too sweet was the glaze...a generous portion of mango held together by a nice, smooth custard, flaky and prepared to perfection with a generous serving of fresh mango...

Whole strudel that costs $19.80, or half strudel at $10.50...kinda of expensive but heavenly...

Will try their signature dish Apple strudel... smile

Japanese X Korean style Smile Jul 06, 2013

July is a Happy Month for me as Is my birthday, of cause delicious food cannot be missed...

Celebrate my birthday at Haramiya...

Food packs a lot of flavour, meats are well marinated, which we liked, and vegetables have an in-house vinaigrette as dressing...They offers yakiniku japanese barbeque, and the cooking concept is smoke-free as it uses an electric fire...The drawback is that it doesn't have the smoky flavour from using charcoal...

Overall, it was an nice experience and food fare, not much to complain about it... smile

I'm glad that I get to try Baskin-Robbins, Baskin Robbins is it's fun and colourful atmosphere...Everything about the brand name reveals youth and pure joy...

I'm not sure what flavour to try, so I try chocolate and Vanilla, is deliciously sweet...

This will surely be our go-to ice cream fix scoop shop, as the salesgirl did mention they open as early as 9:30 am!! I've never tried any of their cakes, gotta to try again next time!!
