This is my very first time visit Arena country club. Quite surprise that is a PastaMania there, so we decided to give it a try. This is one of the most horrible meal I had. Maybe that explains why there is nobody there.

First, they served me with the drink I ordered: peanut ice cream cola float! I think I made the wrong decision to choose peanut butter ice cream, cause the both combination does not blend well together. It only tasted nice individually. Hence, I quite of regret ordering this.

Then come the carbonara, which is equally disappointing. It was cold and too cheesy. I got a little too full when i finished my food.
Therefore, I only recommend this restaurant for people who hate to queue or in a rush when they are in Jurong area.

I had tried their champagne cake before and it was so nice. So i decide to try their blueberry cheese cake for my friend's birthday. It was actually quite hard to accommodate everyone's taste bud, so it never go wrong with cheese cake, neither too sweet nor too creamy. I personally didn't like it a lot as i prefer strong cheesy aftertaste however, my friend gave very good comments: not too sweet and blueberry sauce on it was nice! On top of that, Swissbake wasn't too expensive, $19.90 nett for their smallest size which I think is worth the price.

The burger bar was actually under fat boys, but i prefer fat boys like 100 times more. This place was so small and lack of seats, you feel so stress when you talk to your friends cause there are a lot of customers eyeing for your seats. sad The self order concept was great, i actually find it more convenient using ipad. BUT the choice are so limited. I order chicken and it was quite hard to chew on too! The standard was so much different from fat boys! sad Other plus point is there offers meal that are cheaper than fat boys.

My first try at pitchshop and i heard that i was actually open by ntu students. The serving time was long as i only have 1 hour break and there are so many orders to serve before us! The chicken was served hot but i find it too hard to bite on, and lsyer of oil can be seen underneath! The rasin rice was nice! I like it a lot! But the price was slightly too expensive for a student. Hence, i think they should have some student price promotion or what.

I love the ambient of this so much, you will feel like are in HK when you are in the shop, especially with the sign written in chinese "hong kong" and "kowloon". The shop was small but still nice but fully air conditional. Their must try was the steam BBQ bun, somehow the bbq pork in it don't taste like char siew but more like ba gua which is quite unique. The prawn dumplings is also another must try dish, BIG, FAT AND JUICY PRAWNS! LOVE IT! I was so busy eating that i forget to take pictures only until the last dish. The chang fun is another must try; sweet sauce instead of salty.
