Food: An average fish n chips. Comes with tar tar sauce. The fish was fairly crispy but too bad, i didnt taste any fish n chips taste in it.

Service: Average. They were rather weird in a way, sat down less than 2 minutes and they wanted to take our order. Then when we wanted to have our orders taken, we need to ask 3 different waiters/waitresses. I wanted to have baby pork ribs but... they dun serve it.

Finally, tried the black pepper flamer burger after seeing so many advertisment on it.

Service: the one taking my order actually asked another lady from the extreme left to her counter when i was standing in front of the counter. What the hell.

Food: alright i guess. but i still prefer mc-spicy. the citrus lime fries was not nice. I prefer the regular fries. Lychee frizz was above average. A very different drink from the regular. But it was just lychee syrup with spirte.

Blackball specialise in serving desserts and drinks.

So far i only tried their speciality: black ball (shown in picture) and their bubble milk tea

Taste: I really like their black ball special (they come in warm, cold or icy). Bubble milk tea was so-so.

Service: This really depends on who is the one. Some are really very nice and friendly. WIll chit-chat with you. Especialy the auntie. I dun really like the youngsters cos feel that their service was like bleah.

Atmosphere: So so. What can you expect from a fast food outlet space?

Class gathering for 35 pax.

Service: good. was attentive and will top up the water jug for all.

Food: the same old food and taste. Nothing fantastic or to die for. I couldnt really taste the difference between apricot mayo fish n chips and the normal fish n chips served by other restaurants

Atmosphere: Good. Monday evening was quiet and clean.

Overall, is ok. Whether i will come back again? It really depends cos i think swensens need to improve on their menu and the food taste to keep up.

Ordered the waffle set with cookie monster ice cream.

Somehow, i felt that the waffle was not sweet and crispy enough.

The ice cream wasn't sweet as compared to when i ordered it ala carte.

Overall, the service was alright. They served the waffle and took my order that's all. Free flow of water at self-service.

Dun really like this waffle set. Will go back for ice cream ala carte again though. Is a good after meal place for desert.
