It was one of my friend's cousin outlet, pretty young entrepreneurs! I was lingering around at maxwell hawker, not really sure what to get and I chanced upon Deli & Daint. It was really outstanding to be there as the signage was bright and the shop just look so outstanding with the menu and the staff in green. Wondering if the food would taste good? Looking the the empty stall? Fear not, it's really good food here and at a really affordable pricing to go with. $6 for a chicken boneless thigh, with 2 good sides to go. The mash potato is really good, so does their greens. You can just add an additional sides with only $1! And, the portion ain't small too. Probably the only bad thing there is you've to wait and carry the food by yourself.

I would recommend people who are looking for western food there to try Deli & daint out! Definitely it would not disappoint you at all! Thumbs up for the good work man!

Chanced upon Tori Q at Ion with my colleague, couldn't really decide on what's up for lunch. I was craving for pork with asparagus and here we go!

It is always interesting to see how they prepare the items as you pass by the stall. They are good in inventing machines to cook and grill the items, in this way standard and taste is consistent. My all time favourite would be their pork with asparagus stick, hash brown stick and chicken fillet stick. All nice and tender, and best of all, the sauce they made, enhances the overall taste!

The queue at this stall is forever long, we have to wait at least 10-15 minutes till our turn however, it's really worth the wait. The seats are limited there hence, please remember to reserve some of the seats before making an order. It's my turn and I made the standard choice of mine, it would never fails to add up till 10 bucks and I would always feel the pinch of it. But I always remind myself, I pay for quality. So far, it's really good, never once I have ate a meal there unsatisfied though.

Konichiwa! Matcha!  OK Aug 20, 2013

Walking along the long food kiosk at ION orchard B4. Looking for a cup of drink, not too sweet, not too mainstream like coke. Wanted something more refreshing, not that sweet. I chanced upon Amasoy, wanted to have their silky beancurd however I saw something new the matcha drink! I'm seriously a lover of Matcha hence I was waiting for the staff to serve me. Only after 3-5 minutes, she stepped out with food in her mouth and also another staff came along. In my mind, I'm like there are 2 staffs and why both of them are doing at the back and no one tending the storefront?

I ordered the drinks and wanted to know more about the drinks but the staff couldn't give me a definite answer. I took my drinks and went off, it cost almost $3 for a huge cup of drink. Pretty milky and it's taste a little like milk powder. Not that bad though, for foodies who dislike milk powder or milky stuff, this ain't for you.

Happy birthday! Baa-baa-baa-na! Smile Jul 24, 2013

Good choice of cakes. It was never a regret to have awfully chocolate as birthday cakes. I guess I returned many times just to get the cakes. So is their truffle, really good but a little pricey! It's worth the price too. The sad thing was because I have to get 2 cakes instead of one huge one because for the bigger cake, they only have all chocolate, if you want banana or cheery rum you might need to pre-order which takes about 5 working days.

The elegant packaging for the cake. how nice!

2 sets of cakes.

the icing wording is done on spot by the staff there, nice work!

My aunt and uncle birthday falls a few days apart, here's an advanced celebration!

Coffee made evil. Smile Jul 24, 2013

Starbucks made coffee evil! It's really so tempting to get starbucks after a tiring day or even after a dinner. There were a few choices back in my mind, I just have to blurt one of the names out. I was deciding to get my standard drink, Mocha frappe or should I try something new like their white chocolate pudding. Personally, I dont fancy white chocolate but my other half wanted to try so badly so we both order the 2 new flavors. Matcha frappe with white chocolate pudding and Mocha Frappe with white chocolate pudding. Coming along with my other half's favourite new york cheesecake and salted caramel bun. Cheers, getting inches along our waistline.

Mocha Frappe With White Chocolate Pudding ($7.90) Grande

The mocha is so rich in flavour, I would say it's so high in caffeine and I totally got immersed with it. However, bringing along with the white chocolate pudding, it made me feel that it's way too sweet. I dont really feel good with that though. Well, pudding texture is just like beancurd however, with white choclate taste, too rich. I'm not really a big fan for white chocolate however, my boyfriend said it taste really good with the combination.

Green Tea Frappe With White Chocolate Pudding ($7.90) Grande

I love green tea, or rather matcha however, when the taste is way too sweet, I would rather not drink it because it would taste like some preserved drink and it happened here. I would not say I regretted it all but just that it can be improve. It's too high in sugar, I think with the white chocolate pudding it was even worst. Overall, still acceptable.

New York Cheese Cake ($6.50)

Never fail to feel cheesy sweet after having this. My all time favourite too. The texture is so smooth and rich in cheese that I would never be able to find such a good piece of cake. The slice of cake is pretty generous too.

Salted Caramel Bun ($5.90)
Yes, it's very sweet, it seems like having caramel with condensed milk in combination however, it really taste well with these combination though! Cheers for that!
