It was recommended by my mum since she know that i am a chocolate lover. This is not simply a normal chiffon cake with cream. It come with mousse to blend the overall sweetness and not forgetting the bottom of the cake is something like hazelnut crispy like biscuit. This cake is really enjoyable as there are different texture in it.The topping of the cake come with edible chocolate piece and a piece of raspberry.

As i always eat their chicken with saba fish set, this time round i had this hotplate sotong set for dinner. At the first look the red sauce seems spicy but when i tasted,it is more to tomato chilli sauce. The sotong is not overcook and it had the chewy and tangy bite. The sauce is very appetizing and i can eat two bowl of rice just with the sauce. This korean cuisine stall never fail to bring me delicious korean food with reasonable foodcourt price.

I was roaming at the basement of ION Orchard looking for food with reasonable price.I saw the seating area of Ginza Bairin with almost all seats taken by customers.Out of curiosity i look at their menu and realized that what u see on the menu is the nett price,no service charge. The unatama-don is a must try for all unagi lover!the bowl is filled with pieces of fluffy yummy unagi and smooth beaten tama.Besides that it is not a boring donburi as it come with side dish and soup.

Not the usual sweet pancake Smile Apr 10, 2013

This is not the usual filling like peanut or red bean paste.I always order their hotdog with egg and preserved raddish(cai pok) as i really like the fragrant from the cai pok.The pancake itself is a little sweet but with the combination of hotdog and cai pok it is really tasty. With a price of $1.50 it is really worth it with a pancake filled with generous amount of ingredients.Besides this, they also have choice of egg mix with sambal chilli and even chicken patty with cheese!

Unqiue combination dessert  Smile Jul 12, 2013

Before queuing for bus, I saw this Beans Talk stall right beside the bus interchange. As there is a promotion price of $2 for a bowl of their signature dessert,I decided to get one bowl to try.

The bean curd and the grass jelly are the main. As for the toppings, there are peanuts, red bean, green bean, taro balls. What I like best is the grass jelly and peanuts topping. The grass jelly is extremely smooth and had a similar texture to the soy bean curd. The peanut is roasted and it add on the extra crunch and fragrant to this bowl of dessert.
