ST. LOUIS PORK RIBS- A large spare rib roasted with Cartel’s homemade BBQ sauce and spreaded with honey glaze, it was so flavourful and delicious.
The spare rib was so well marinated, juicy, moist and tender to the extent that I even licked the bone to ensure there are no slightest bits of meat left.MUSHROOM SOUP-The mushroom soup was the thick and creamy type that I like, it was more soupy.
The bread crumbs helped added some crunch.GARLIC BREAD-Not much garlic taste.PORK CHOP- The pork chop was well marinated but was kind of thin and small, goes well with the bbq sauce.
The jacket potato tasted quite bland.
The crayfishes were small and contain little flesh inside.
Sweet corns were juicy and crunchy.BAGUETTE SERVED WITH BUTTER- Baguettes served were warm and fluffy and goes well with the butter.GRILLED TENDER CHICKEN in mushroom sauce- The mushroom sauce is flavourful and complemented the juicy and tender chicken chop really well, but the chicken chop was quite small and thin.
The potato wedges were well seasoned and has the the real potato taste.
The seasonal veggies tasted nice with the complimentary rodeo sauce.
The crayfishes were small and contain little flesh inside.SIDE SALAD-Plain salad tossed in mayonnaise sauce topped with carrot slices. Simple and hearty.

This tom yam crayfish glass noodles was delicious and the portion was quite big. The tom yam soup was very flavourful, sweet and savoury in a sip. The glass noodles were smooth and springy and absorbed the tom yam soup really well. The crayfish was quite small but freshness compensated it, and the flesh was smooth and tender.After eating a tom yam dish, I decided to order a cooling mango drink. It was quite thick and creamy and has a rich mango taste.

They have an extensive range of beverages and we ordered these three beverages, forgot all the names but the one topped with whipped cream is green tea flavoured, another one in the tall glass is chocolate flavoured topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate flakes and the one in the shortest glass is a grape flavoured drink topped with shorbet.
All of them tasted nice.This chicken katsu spaghetti was delicious, noodles were springy, sauce was flavourful and the chicken cutlets are well marinated, crispy battered with moist and tender meat underneath.The curry rosti was very nice and crispy, served with a bowl of thick and flavourful japanese curry.
Dipping the rosti into the curry and eat it was such a delish.Noodles a bit dry and bland but the salmon was well marinated, soft and tender.This unagi mushroom cheese pizza was yummy, topped with grilled unagi and shiitake mushrooms. The crust was crispy and not too thick.

Their chicken wings are not too bad, quite well marinated and the meat are soft and chewy, but the skins are sort of too oily and are not cooked equally as one of it was more burnt.This seafood soup includes clams, mussels and squid rings, which are all quite fresh, but the soup was quite bland with not much seafood taste.This dish includes a grilled beef steak, egg, sliced pork, potato slices and sweet corns.The sauce was thick and quite flavourful and the beef steak is quite big and quite well marinated.The pork slices are quite flavourful with black pepper bits.This spaghetti chicken bolognaise was cheesy enough and quite a lot chicken pieces, not bad.This chicken doria is a dish of baked rice topped with chicken bolognaise sauce and white sauce.The combination of the two sauces together with cheese was very flavourful.

Ordered pizza delivery which includes one Hawaiian pizza and one pepperoni pizza. Both were the pan pizza crust. The Hawaiian pizza is like a 'must order' when calling for pizza delivery, there will always be friends around me who wants to order Hawaiian pizza.
The hawaiian pizza from pizza hut is nice, they are generous with their ingredients and toppings such as cheese, chicken hams and pineapples. The combination of a little sourish, sweet and savoury is delicious.

The pepperoni pizza is also one of my favourites, they are just so generous with the amount of cheese and pepperonis. The combination of the cheesy cheese spread and the savoury and flavourful pepperonis is just so awesome!
