Disappointed  Cry Dec 19, 2013

Went to try their new Kampong Chicken burger and also ordered the drumlet to share with Goh. Am looking forward to try this new burger but unfortunately it really disappoint me. The strong spices turn me off ... together with the sweet pineapple and salty patty the taste just taste yucky to me. But thumbs up for the drumlet which is juicy and tender!

Chicken Satay Smile Dec 19, 2013

Festive seasons I will always think of Lee Wee & Brothers so I ordered their satay ($0.55 per stick) for a potluck gathering with my friends. Wanted to collect it at their branches but they suggested to collect best at their main office. So I went over to collect it and is still a bit hot and smell real good.

I like the chicken satay cos is nicely cook and the meat is tasty and not too hard and is goes well with generous satay sauce which is not too oily!

Buns! Smile Dec 19, 2013

Went Funan and chance upon this stall call Wonder buns ... variety of flavours to choose from in the showcase. I choose peanut with cream cheese and chocolate peanuts for Goh. Love the peanut taste and it goes well with the bun as for Goh he love the chocolate too and I steal a bite of it but I feel is a bit too sweet for my liking. The buns is fluffy and soft!

Came across this bakery when I wanna walked over to my in law's place. There is a queue but it clear quite fast so I decided to join it since I need some bread for breakfast. The lady greeted me with a smile and took my order I bought 3 in total. The pizza bread ($1.80) smells good and was tasty .... the generous pineapple was juicy and bread was soft. I can't help but to pick up the butter sugar ($0.60) for a bite .... the pipping hot bread so tasty hot and the oozing out of the little butter was yummy too! Goh have the cheese bread ($1.20) commented that it was good too .... will be good if it is hot or warm! Price was quite reasonable I will go back for more as there is wide variety of bread available!

Smooth porridge Smile Oct 28, 2013

Been craving for porridge so decided to ask hubby to drive me here for supper. I always love their porridge and every time have to wait very long cos this stall is one of the "hot" stall that people will wanna wait and worth to wait stall.

I ordered their chicken porridge and added an egg for it the porridge so smooth and generous chicken can be found together with the you tiao. Awesome! But I just feel the you tiao is too little and is kind of hard. Overall very systematic kind of ordering by using post it will never get your order wrong!
