I had the blackball signature served cold, which contains ingredient such as grass jelly, pearl, yam and sweet potato. The texture of the balls was not so chewy as compared to the one I had in Taiwan and it is certainly overrated as it cost $5. Next, the shop has little seating capacity, thus it will be a better option to avoid visiting them during peak hours, and the waiting time can take up to 15 minutes or more.

Subway is definitely one of my healthier choice for lunch. With the $5 promotion, you get can get a 6inch sandwich and a drink. I choose the cold cut trio as my filing, but you can choose the others like egg mayo, ham and tuna as well. Next, I like the concept of choosing your own kind of bread, veggies and sauce. Lastly, you can actually get a free cookie on your next purchase, if you have taken a online survey from subway.

I usually avoid going to marche on a weekend, as there is always a long queue. Whenever I visit Marche, I will never fail to order their signature dish, which is the rosti. It has a nice crispy layer but yet it is soft inside, remember to have it together with sour cream as it give the dish a boost. I added a chicken sausage and it taste good with the rosti, as it is tender and juicy. Overall, I strongly recommend everyone to try the rosti.

Looking for a meal under $10, that comes with a main, drink & dessert? Eighteen Chefs is definitely the place that fulfilled those criteria. Here, you get to customise your kind of pasta, sauce and ingredient. I had a black pepper sausage pasta and the serving was generous, but the taste was average. However, the lemon tea was definitely very refreshing, wouldn't mind having a 2nd cup. Overall, its worth giving them a try.

I was so excited when I saw their service counter, as it was filled with a wide variety of cakes and pastry. I gave the chocolate cheesecake a try and it was to my liking, as I could taste a well balance of chocolate and cheese flavour, the texture was soft and the filling were creamy. However, the serving was not very big and it cost $9.50, thus i find it expensive for just a cake.
