2 fifteen kitchen is located beside an outdoor terrace on level 2 of The Rochester Mall. A very cosy restaurants that sits 45 pax serving French & European cuisine. You can opt to order from their ala carte menu or one of their degustation menu.

For our dinner, we ordered their 3 course degustation menu and 2 other main course for sharing.
they surprise me with warm bread for i usually had cold ones in some restaurants =(. Pretty good for the start of the meal.

for the main course, we can choose either crab meant, spicy tomato with angel hair pasta & arugula leave or grilled beef flank steak with chunky potato, black pepper sauce. I took steak for the first time and so far i quite like it. the only thing i dont like is, i feel the salt is not evenly spread as there are some part of the beef that taste slightly salty than other

for desert, we are supposed to have brownie but the manager is super kind to give us ice cream as we are too stuffed for cakes. =P

High class fine dining restaurant located at Marina Bay Financial Centre.

for more detailed and food pictures, please go to http://princessmic80.blogspot.sg/2013/05/of-taste-of-paradise-paradise-pavilion.html

i have given a fair rating for customer service mainly because we are being placed at a table that has shakey table legs (something is wrong with the table). When we provided our feedback, the waitress just simply brush our feedback aside and we got very angry so we demand a change of table.

we did not ordered their set menu for the day and instead we try their ala cart menu.

their famous Authentic Apple Wood Roasted Peking Duck

unlike other restaurant who will skin the duck and then cook the meat in a seperate dish, Paradise Pavilion skin the duck and debone the duck for u. they do not cook the duck meat in a seperate dish.
this , u can enjoy the apple wood roasted taste of the duck! and u need to wrap your own peking duck wraps lol. i prefer it this way cos i can choose how much sauce to put ( some restaurant 's sauce is too sweet and too much).
their peking duck is really nice. i love the skin although first look, i thought it "couldnt make it" as it doesnt look very crispy. but i change my mind after i put one slice of the skin into my mouth! omg! it is super crispy lo!

their specialty tofu. not bad. something new. the toufu is really soft

mei cai with kailan. something new. the semi sweet and salty mei cai forms a new taste with stirred fried kailan!

fried rice- very generous with ingredient especially crab meat! i wonder what they add to the rice that makes it so golden yellow!

kurubuta pork! not bad. but a little too salty for my liking

some fish toufu dish that we ordered. this is one that i m saying that it doesnt suit my liking lol. probably is the way
they prepare the fish that makes the fish very soft ( like not fresh?) but of cos m sure that they use the freshest fish la.

mmm. overall, dishes are quite nice at Paradise Pavilion with very nice scenery of Marina Bay Sands! would
definitely go back for more of their peking duck!

for more detailed review and more food pictures, please go to http://princessmic80.blogspot.sg/2013/04/of-little-gem-in-neighbourhood-ghim-moh.html

A newly opened small size restaurant in the Ghim Moh neighbourhood (Blk 21) by a Chef from China ~ Mr zhang. Restaurant name is Zhang Ji Mei Shi Wang Guang. The dishes are mainly Sichuan delicacies and are prepared and cooked by Mr Zhang himself. Very china style of dishes and the price of the food is quite reasonable.

Personally I love their fish steam boat where the whole fish is cooked in the big metal bowl and added with a lot of sour vege and their pig trotters. the pig trotters are so well cooked that the meat just melts in your mouth!

for more detailed review and food pictures, please go to http://princessmic80.blogspot.sg/2013/04/of-taste-of-steamboat-full-of-collagen.html

Heard and read many raves on Tsukada Nojo and I always wanted to try their Bijin Nabe. the soup base of their steamboat is cooked with chicken bones that is boiled over many hours until the soup turns milky white. It was then solidify and served in jelly form. The steamboat is 25 per pax that comes with standard ingredients like prawns, veges and chicken meat balls and noodles ( 3 types for you to choose from - glass noodles, thin egg noodle, mochi mochi noodles like thick ramen). there are also side dishes for you to choose from.

the main ingredient - the solidify chicken soup. as you can see, it is very much like jelly and it will take approximately 5-10 mins for it to melt totally. once it is melt, it is highly recommended that you drink the soup for its original taste! it also comes with 4 type of sauces for the chicken meat.

We also ordered some side dishes which is their nikumaki and nikumaki yuzu. basically is pork wrap rice. according to the staff, it is their famous dish!

will definitely return for more! guys, if you want to eat Bijin Nabe, please be there early as the place is quite small and always long Q!

"porning" at Porn's @ the Star Smile May 16, 2013

he price is reasonable for the quality of the food we paid. although we only ordered 4 dishes + 2 drinks - olive fried rice, phat tai, fried kai lan and tom yam goong ( coconut milk), it add up to a total bill about 50 plus bucks. which i think is still consider reasonable after we are stuffed.

Olive fried rice - usually fried rice are fried with eggs but for the olive fried rice, the egg is separated. The rice is alittle too soft for my liking ( although as my mum does better olive fried rice).

Phat tai - also very different from those we had before. the grinded peanuts is not sprinkle on top of the phat tai but fried with it.

Fried Kai Lan - very yummy especially is fried with the fish sauce. thing with thaifood is that they use fish sauce to cook and is really good

Tom Yam Goong ( coconut) - my bf prefer the clear one while i prefer the coconut one ( sound very sinful and unhealthy but i love it!!)

overall dining experience is gd. their staff are very friendly and helpful. i would definitely return for more!
