Moshi mushroom is my new favorite bun from breadtalk. This bun is super tasty with its crunchy top and soft bun. The top is really airy with thin layers of crunchy pastry that add alot of crunch. The sesame seeds on top also mean added flavour! The filling itself is savoury and very tasty with lots of chicken and mushrooms that complement the taste of the soft bun and crunchy pastry very well. Really good for breakfast or a tea time snack!
