The dessert stall here sells many different types of hot and cold local desserts. I ordered my usual honey few sago dessert which costed slightly more than two dollars. The sweetness level was ok and the honeydew used was sweet. However one issue is that the ice was pretty coarse. This meant a rough mouthfeel and the dessert did not exactly melt in the mouth like it should.

The Yong tau foo stall here is very popular, there is almost always a queue of people waiting to try the wide range of Yong tau foo items! The range is quite comprehensive with a variety of both fried and steamed items. I especially like the tofu pieces which are big and tasty. There are quite a number of noodle options available and my favorite is the thick bee hoon type which complements the sauce very well.

The dry hor fun here is really tasty. The noodles are fried with alot of skill such that they have a slightly smoky flavour from high heat cooking and are cooked to the right consistency. The noodles are just soft enough still retaining some bite without being overly mushy. They come with lots of delicious toppings too which add flavour and extra taste to the dish. Only qualm is that the portion is not very big for the price.

First time eating putu mayam is a food court

 
! Was really suprised that they serve this usually eaten for breakfast dish. The putu mayam was average just like any other putu mayam. Despite being average I really like putu mayam with the fresh coconut shreds and orange colored sugar that comes with it. So I was still satisfied by the dish! The price is not too expensive too costing one dollar for one.

Ten shin is a Japanese restaurant specializing in tempura. This means their menu is limited to mostly tempura items. The batter here is very very light, and the tempura is not greasy at all. Overall pretty good tempura, however the price is exorbitant! A simply dinner consisting a few pieces of tempura rice and some sashimi and fruit came up to almost five hundred dollars a person!
