Looking for a better burger? That seems like what Triple O is trying to offer to you. With the price you are paying for "fast food" you wonder how good can it be?

We ordered a Bacon Burger set with sweet potato fries and apparently a very good cup of Milke Shake with real Premium hand scoop ice cream. We grabbed a salad too for our greens.

Salad was pretty alright but for that price I would rather head over to Carls Jr for their flavorsome chicken chargrilled salad. Bigger portions and bigger flavors.

Bacon burger up close!

The burger was of a sizeable portion but the patty turn out a little thinner than I expected. But still it was pretty packed with bacon and other ingredients to fill you up.

Looking good!

Tastewise, I didn't particularly feel that it was worth the price we were paying? It definitely taste better than other fast food chain's burger, but the lack of sauce evident in this burger.

Top up a few more dollars and you will see me sitting at Relish with one of their juicy beef burgers. Best thing ever.

Sweet potato fries were surprisingly good with a crispy crunch to it.

The milkshake which cost as much as a burger are a letdown cause it just tasted like melted ice cream. My food kaki and I were looking forward to these famous shakes which turn out mehhh.

Isit worth another trip back? Not for me unless they are having some crazy good promotions to entice me to give this place another chance again.

Probably not the Fusion Dishes OK Feb 16, 2014

A little undecided on my review of Laksania cause I am not sure what to expect from the food.

Stepping into Laksania you are expected to have all the Laksa flavored dishes, but yet even though it is as what the name promise, I can't help but felt underwhelmed by the experience.

Spaghetti Pasta

Spaghetti Pasta

The Laksa pasta was simply replacing the thick bee hoon with spaghetti. A little too watery for my liking but the taste wasn't too bad, inclining more towards being more coconut based.

Baked Laksa Rice

Baked Laksa Rice

The baked rice was a little better, with thick cream based sauce drenched atop a bed of fried rice. However the sauce is too little so the dish turn out a little dry in the end.

I will probably be back for their recommended Laksa Varieties, but these fusion laksa dishes definitely didn't rock my boat.

Shiok Maki madness Smile Feb 16, 2014

Popular for their offering of shiok maki, this Instagram worthy dish has been making its rounds on my friends' Instagrams!

Was finally grabbed out for dinner after a bout of food poisoning and the shiok maki was a great for me!
Shiok maki

Shiok maki

Packed with various ingredients, it is a power packed maki with a generous dousing of sauce all over it!

Isit worth the experience? I wouldn't say no, but there is definitely a whole lot of different tastes going on with the variety of ingredients

It does taste pretty yummy but it wasn't as shiok as I thought. For the price I think I wouldn't be back so soon for a taste of itsmile

Had a flight to Vietnam and I had time for a quick bite at TCC. The smoked duck pasta was recommended as one of the quickest dish that could be prepared so I went for it.

Smoked Duck Pasta

It was so good I slurped up the whole dish in less than 10 mins cause even Mr Heng who was sharing the dish with me also agreed it was a great dish!

Great flavors with ample amount of sauce. Duck was soft and succulent. Definitely a great dish to kick off my flight overseas!

Now I am just wondering when I can head back there again. If only the car park at changi airport isn't so expensivesad

Mr Bean has been on my breakfast list for most of my working life cause of their ever tasty soybean drinks and pancakes. However there is one pancake which I am swearing off my life is their Ham & Potato pancake which I threw away away after 2 mouthfuls.
Potato Ham Pancake

Potato Ham Pancake

First mouthful was one of disgust where the fillings were so salty, the only other thing I tasted was the hint of sweetness from the pancake.

The second mouthful was just me making sure that my taste buds weren't haywire that day.

Bottom line, go for the other flavors, but definitely not the Ham & Potato flavor.
