Japanese meal Smile Jul 30, 2013

Watami is a nice casual japanese restaurant. It gives people a nice atmosphere to spend time with friends especially friends who love japanese food.

I would definitely recomment this Tonpeiyaki which is a a Japanese omelette with pork, cheese and cabbage rolled in it, topped with mustard and okonomiyaki sauce.

Their spicy ramen can be quite spicy,to me, but it is definitely worth a try,its nicer than laksa and the ramen totally contain the spicyness

Drinking Tea (Yum Cha) Smile Jul 30, 2013

Soft shell crab. I have eaten many crab but this is different. Its not boiled crab, its fried and yu can still taste a little crab flavour.

Mango Pudding is a nice delicious dessert after eating so many oily stuff. Its cooling and the mango is rich in flavourlol

Chicken feet may seem a bit not appeatising too many but to me, its a top food that you must eat. The feeling of eating chicken feet is just different from eating a chicken drumstck. You must first suck the chicken feet to savour the flavourtongue

Fish,Chip,Chowder Smile Jul 28, 2013

The chowder soup is creamy and smooth. It can literally slip down your throatmad The chowder is also rich in taste and not to forget the piece of bread. Its not like some garlic bread or a piece of normal bread. It taste kind of unique and i never had it before. It goes very well with the chowder. When you dip the bread in, the bread won't turn soggy instead the bread can really capture the taste and make the bread taste even nicerlol Not to forget the fish & chips too. The chips is not some normal french fries. And, the fish is fresh and does not taste fishy!

Zha jiang mian!

Lion head meatball. Dont know where they name it that way bu i guess it must be because of the huge size of the meatballlol

Crab roe!

Have you ever seen such a big xiao long baoshocked Its very unique and funny in a way that you actually can suck out the broth in the bao using a straw. However, after eating this, i still kind of prefer the smaller version whereby you can put the whole bao into ur mouth and let the juice burst out from the baotongue

Eating dim sum at Swatow seafood restaurant can certainly satisfy your craving for dim sumstongue There is quite variety of dim sum to eat. However, no dim sum could beat the liu sha baomad Its simply irresistible, a must try.
The filling inside the liu sha bao is so smooth and creamy. Once you sink your teeth into it, the filling immediately ooze out---its sweet and salty! There is other nice dim sum too like prawn dumpling etc so do try!!
