On a hot morning, was invited by Openrice editor for a brunch breakfast.
There were eight of us and the above was the brunch menu.
The view was fantastic and the staff were friendly and made us felt at home. Drinks were served promptly without asking for attention. The breeze with the smell of Singapore River was fantastic.
This is my earl grey tea and Pineapple drink. It was so refreshing to have these drinks on a warm morning, the crossaint was delicious and appetizing what more do i want for brunch?
The soft boiled eggs and marmite soldiers were ok but marmite is salty. i will prefer kaya or bovril to go along with the softboil eggs.
I simply like this Croissant croque Monsieur, it as tasty and not too oily. I will order again if I am there. I love the vegetables and tastes organic.
Ham bacon and mushroom fry up is the next on the list of the menu. It was delicious and i love the organic soft boil eggs. we all love this combo. Unique.
Chicken pot pie is everyone's favorite with the invitees, all finished eating up this delicious chicken pot pie. I asked for more from other s and they said no more no more. Haha..
These are vegetables fry up and good for vegetarian or on a lighter breakkie for he morning. The toast was too dry and hard though.
The assorted muffins are moist and tasty and not too sweet, has the European taste. I would go for these with a cup of coffee or tea. Yummy..I really enjoy the brunch at Harry's bar at Boat Quay. Glad that they served breakfast and brunch. There is an aircon place if you afraid of being too warm outside.
