First time at grub and i was here due to my friends recommendation. I have read online reviews and it has pretty good reviews too. Grub is located at bishan park which is a nice place to dine at after strolling in the park. I have ordered soup of the day which is cream of mushroom and it taste rather mediocre. nothing's bad about it but nothing fantastic about it too.

For my main, i had grub cheeseburger for sgd $13++ which consists of freshly minced beef patty and fries.
The dish is also quite average and to me the portion is too small. the beefy is fresh but it could have been more well flavored.

The ambience of the cafe is quite vibrant there. Overall, i find that grub is rather overrated by its online reviews. would not specially return to grub unless i happened to be at bishan park.

Came to this place as my girlfriends work around raffles place area and black swan is a relatively new italian restaurant.

I love the ambience of this place, very suitable for girlfriends to hangout or couples to chill together.

I had this black swan burger which costs me sgd $26++ and it consists of juicy beef patty, sunny side up, onion rings, bacon and a bucket of fries.
Its definitely worth trying as the beef patty was very nicely done. Very juicy and tender. I love the presentation of the food too. (Sorry my photo is abit dark).

Overall, i will definitely visit this place again even though it is alittle more pricey.

Specially came to this cafe as my friends wanna try out after reading the online reviews about it.
I have ordered smoked salmon eggs benedict (Sgd $16++)

Personally i feel that the dish is pretty average and the portion is rather small. The bread was abit soggy and the salmon could be more flavored. However the poached egg was nicely done.

I quite like the ambience there as it gives me a coZy feeling. May return again and try some other dishes.

My friends suggested to come to this place for brunch. Unfortunately brunch ended 12pm on tues - sat as shown in the menu.
So we could only order from the lunch menu. I had aglio olio which is pretty normal. The flavour was not rich enough mayb due to the lack of the olive oil. And usually i like it with prawns.
we also ordered truffle fries to share and the truffle taste wasnt strong enough.

Overall the quality of the food is pretty average.
But me and my friends rather like the ambience of the restaurant. Very relaxing and nice place to catchup with friends

came to ben & jerry for some dessert after having lunch. We had new york super fudge chunk ( there is a one for one promotion ) and another maple tree hugger flavor. Personally i feel that the new york super fugde chunk is way too chocolatey! i feel sick after eating afew bites. It also contains walnuts which i dont really like.

on the other hand, i love maple tree hugger! it consists of maple caramel swirl with nice crunchy brown sugar brownie chunks it taste sweet but not too sweet that makes you feel sick. if you love the taste of maple syrup. you will definitely like this!

i shared among 2 of my friends and with the 1 for 1 protion for the nw york super fudge chunk, we paid around $5 each only for this share of ice cream and we find it worth it!
