I went to ikea with my friends for lunch today. Ordered a poached salmon @ $7.90. I had asked for separate sauce as i did not really like the sauce. The salmon was quite a small piece and the meat was alittle too dry. Previously, their salmon was served with mashed potato however, now they replaced the mashed potato with something new - potato mixed with small bits of broccoli. The potato cakes were pan fried and tasted great! It was a great way for kids to eat their vegetables too

Overall, the food was great! Will return to try other ikea food next time!

Pizza Hut is a halal restaurant which serves pizzas, spaghetti and desserts. For appetiser, I ordered a criss cross fries. It came with tartar sauce too. The fries were crispy and fried till perfection. When dipped with the sauce, the fries tasted even better Main course: Personal pan hawaiian pizza (personal 6" 4 slices). This pizza is my all time favourite which consists of succulent chicken ham and juicy pineapple chunks. The crust was crispy and the pizza was full of melted cheese, really delicious!

Overall, i will return to try their other pizzas

Bought a packet of specialty duck rice at $4 from Yu Kee stall. This duck rice consists of rice, duck meat, half an egg, beancurd and peanuts. Its rice is fragrant and drenched with the sauce. The duck is tender and tasted quite nice too When eaten together with the chili, it is really delicious!

First time trying Ramen Play. Though its specialty is ramen i decided to try the rice. It consists of premium Japanese Niigata rice, pan-fried and barbequed pork, seaweed and topped with a raw egg. It also has a a special sauce which is sweet and really nice! The rice bowl gives it a 'cooking' feel, the rice was soft and the pork was well marinated and flavourful.

Was quite surprised that their rice dish would taste so good though its called 'Ramen'Play .

Hot Tomato serves affordable western cuisine. They had a lunch promo from 11am-3pm with various main course @$9.90! I decided to order the Sirloin steak (medium) with aglio olio. The steak was done just right, the way i wanted. Soft and pink on the inside The aglio olio was quite nice. The sauce, i think was brown sauce compliments the steak quite well. Overall, the steak was quite nice, recommended!
