Today I had a warm fragrant waffle topped with 3 scoops of yummilicious ice cream from Udders.

Flavours: Earl grey, Indian mango and Soursop vodka.

Earl grey I have always liked. As you feel the cold sensation on your tongue, the fragrant of earl grey fills your mouth and nasal passage mad

Indian mango was a first encounter. Hmm, it is not creamy like most I have tried.. more of a sorbet. I can visualise the warm tropical beach as I tasted this.

Soursop vodka goes well on its own. Tried mixing it with the other two and the end result was bitterness sad

Hoshino Spaghetti

Hoshino Spaghetti

Hoshino Spaghetti is the bomb mad

Aglio olio styled, but please remember to toss it real well before digging greedily into the pasta. Served warmly fragrant, and look at that egg shocked

Also included will be the not too oily bacon steaks, soft tomatoes, juicy shimeji mushrooms and plenty of spinach leaves.

Customised ice cream Smile Dec 17, 2013

Customised Magnum

Customised Magnum

An experience must-have for this season is a customised Magnum ice cream from their pop-up pleasure store.

For $7.00, you get a stick of magnum goodness, a coating (dark chocolate, milk chocolate OR white chocolate) and three toppings of your choice. Toppings are aplenty and include sunflower seeds, almonds, rose petals, macademia nuts, gold flakes, gold nuggets.

The coating is extremely thick!! mad hence when you bite into the ice cream, you can literally hear a crunch sound shocked

This store is now no longer at Vivocity and has moved to Raffles City for now. Catch it before they are gone lol

Nicely tucked at one corner of the huge ground level of the iconic fullerton hotel in Singapore. This bar has alfresco seating where you can do cigars lol

The service staff were found intermittently but unless you need help constantly, i guessed it will not be much of an issue. This dish is one of those good to nibble while out with friends to chill. it does not fill you up overly and yet gives you something to munch on while catching up. this is preferably eaten warm so don't leave it to turn cold. the cheesy taste was just right for me and the outer layers of each croquette was evenly done to a golden brown colour.

Pasta or udon? Cry Dec 14, 2013

Categories : Italian | Hotel | Restaurant | Pasta | Pizza

The service is impolite. The door host is suspected to be a non local (from accent) and does not look at you in the eye when she bothered replying you, at all. that is unacceptable in the service industry IMO.

Now for this dish. I should have loved it for it was filled with mushrooms. But I cannot and do not. What was interesting though, was that the pasta used here would be easily mistaken to be the familiar japanese udon via the naked eye. When you bite into it, you will find that this is less chewy and mildly sticky. The sauce is spicy tomato but I tasted only tomato and no spiciness.
