I ordered a cup of gong cha milk tea for $2.20. They have quite a variety of drinks on their menu but I usually pick the ones that I often drink. The milk tea here is not as fragrant as Koi's and their normal milk tea is definitely not one of their nicer-tasting drinks on the menu. The service here is quite bad as compared to the outlet at West Mall. Staffs here seem to be very nonchalant and are not at all friendly (on several occasions) to customers.

Decided to order zi char from here for dinner for 2 people.small sized prawn paste chicken wings for $9.
The chicken wings were disappointingly salty even though the batter was really crispy. The meat of the wing was very tender too and they were oily but not too oily.small sized Kang Kong for $6
Portion will be good for 3 people and it was quite a lot for 2 people to finish it. The spiciness of the Kang kong was just nice.

It took about 8 minutes for my order to be ready.

the dumplings were nice with sufficient fillings. The dumplings are something different from the traditional dim sum so it is worth a try.siew mai $1.60
The siew mai was not bad too but nothing fantastic though.char shao bao 2 for $1
this is considered quite cheap as compared to other stalls where the average price is around 60-70cents. The taste of the char siew was not bad except that the skin was quite thick.

I ordered a plate of steamed white chicken rice. The price for the normal portion is $2.80. After adding additional chicken meat and braised egg, the total cost was $4.00. Although I ordered breast meat, the chicken meat was still quite tender. It was a very filling portion too. The rice could be more fragrant. It's good that they did not pour the gravy over the whole rice as I prefer to eat my chicken rice without soaking them in gravy.

tom yum seafood pasta $11.50
Used the VIP card to purchase the pasta (takeaway at no additional costs) at 15% discount for $9.75. I ordered fuscilli pasta for this as fuscilli can hold the cream sauce well (other than the recommended penne). The fuscilli pasta absorbed the creamy tom yum sauce well. When I was almost finishing my meal, I felt that the taste was too overwhelming but I still managed to finish it in the end. The only shortcoming is that the squid did not taste fresh.
