This sashimi & sushi goen is $26.90 and there are assorted sashimi and sushi, tea pot soup, chawanmushi, appetizer and fruit. The assorted sashimi were fresh but slices were not very thick nor thin. The sushi tasted average. The tea pot soup did not have the taste that makes me want to drink more. The chawanmushi was quite good and the egg was smooth and well flavoured. The appetizer which was the tofu was quite ordinary too. I think price is around the same if you order ala carte.

At $2.50, the portion was just appropriate for a meal. There were not much ingredients which justified the cheaper than average price of $2.50. The lor mee here lacked a wokhei fragrance but the texture of the noodles was quite smooth. The gravy could have been more flavourful.

Laksa $4.30. I'm not sure if the standard of their laksa had gone downhill or because it was just the different cook. The laksa was too rich in flavour which made me a little scared as the taste lingered on my tastebuds for quite some time. It was spicy but there was something that was just lacking. There were many ingredients in it but the taste of the laksa seemed a little off.

As the name of the stall suggests, this stall is better known for its hokkien noodle which costs $3. It was recommended by my gf so I decided to try it to see if it tastes better than the famous hokkien mee at bukit batok west. The texture of the noodles was surprisingly very smooth but the sotong was a bit hard (too chewy). The prawns, although not large, were fresh and deshelled.

Verdict? I still prefer the one from the coffeeshop at Bukit Batok West!

honey lemon jello $4.50 tasted weird. The combination (not sure if it's the jello or the honey lemon) tasted like syrup and the lemon taste was not strong enough. It was also quite expensive.regular supreme pizza $14.60. This was my first time trying and it was quite nice. However the capsicum was a little bitter. The chicken was quite tender and the beef pastrami was smooth in texture but not intense in flavour. The cheese had the strongest flavour among all the ingredients in it. I felt that this was a little expensive too.
