I had the Salted egg yolk pork ribs rice for $6 at around late 4pm to 5pm. I was told to wait for 15 minutes as the chef was eating but as I had company, the wait was still okay. The stall owners were amiable and friendly. When my order came, I could smell the fragrance of the salted yolk. It was served warm and poured over the boneless pork ribs. The pork was very tender and not at all hard. I'll definitely get this again!

Laksa nia Smile Dec 13, 2013

Laksa fried rice costs $11.50 and is served in a hot stone bowl. There was not much laksa taste but the rice still tasted good. The grains of rice were quite soft and there were some fishcakes and 3 fresh prawns in it.

3 pieces of Chicken satay cost $4.20. The satay dip had a heavier coconut Taste and was not spicy. It went well with the tender chicken satay although I still prefer the peanut sauce.

Categories : Bak Kut Teh

This bak kut teh costs $7.50 for the normal version and a bowl of rice. It consisted of 4 pieces of pork bones which was rather meaty and tender. The bak kut teh soup was slightly salty and very spicy. The flavour of the soup was quite nice and had a rich BAk kut teh taste. Soup was quite addictive and there are free refills! If you love spicy bak kut teh, try this you'll like it.

Above average! Smile Oct 18, 2013

Seeing that this stall has appeared on television before, I decided to give it a try.
This lor mee's taste is quite above average. the price is $2.80 (beehoon mee) with an above average quantity as well. There were small pieces of pork, fishcakes, wu xiang and crispy bits which I wasn't sure what it was but it tasted something like savoury biscuits. Perhaps they have a special way of doing it. If you love lor mee, I will recommend you to try this if you are there. There was no queue so service was quite fast.

Mutton Soup Smile Oct 16, 2013

If you are looking for tasty mutton soup, you should try out this stall! The prices range from $3.50 to $6. The taste of the soup is very rich in flavour. There's also a number of mutton pieces in it so it is not expensive at all. The meat is not tough so it is easy to chew/ The stall opens from 11 am and usually closes at around 2 pm when they are sold out. You can have your mutton soup with additional ingredients such as mutton stomach (starting price at $4). The $4 portion is quite big. Rice costs an additional 50cents.
