Princess Terrace Cafe has been offering authentic Penang cuisine in Singapore since the early 1970s. They have a few food stations where the chef will whipped up the delicious dishes for you. I especially like it that they have a popiah and kueh pie tee food station where the lovely popiah and kueh pie tee is done professionally. A great buffet place that offers a great variety of Penang cuisine! There were some hits and misses. Overall, it is still a very recommended place for Buffet especially if you like to have local cuisine for buffet. Most buffet places are always international theme. This is indeed a refreshing change.

A nice Teochew Chinese Restaurant by Jumbo Seafood Group. Situated at 170 year-old Chui Huay Lim Club on Keng Lee Road. They also take online reservations. So do make your reservation early as they are often fully booked. The dishes are delicious and quite authentic. Although there are a few misses, overall still a great place. We have tried the following:
- Teochew Pig Trotter Jelly (S$10)
- Teochew Braised Goose (S$26)
- Oyster Omelette (S$18)
- Braised Conpoy Vegetables Medium (S$44)
- Teochew Seafood Mee Sua (S$20)
- Yam Paste with Pumpkin (S$4.50)
- Tao Suan with Ginko Nut (S$4.50)

Celebration:  生日

A small cozy cafe. Located near City Hall MRT (About 8-10 minutes walk). They do not take reservations. So do go early if you don't want to wait too long. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious. The portions are also generous. We have tried the following:
- WildBerry Shake (S$10)
- Pancakes with Warm Maple Butter (S$18)
- Egg Benedict (S$18) - Substituted with smoked-salmon (+S$5)
