I treated myself to the Mushroom Chicken Steak ($14.90), was able to choose 2 side dishes, I got the mashed potato and fries but there's also colesaw and olive oil to choose from. The large chicken thigh was grilled perfectly and had absorbed all the rich mushroom flavour from the sauce. I love everything about this dish, however, I do feel that it's a bit overpriced and could be cheaper by at least $3-5. Overall, I enjoyed myself in a casual relaxing environment with basic service and great food. Would return more often if they have their price lowered in the future.

Everything with Fries (EwF) is a lovely little place to go to whenever you're unsure of what to eat at Orchard area! Located conveniently at Orchard Central, this outlet serves some decent selection of burgers, flavoured fries and desserts.

I've ordered their Pork Katsu Burger set ($9.90) accompanied with curry flavoured thin-cut fries and simple drink. The pork katsu was fried to crisp-tenderness and was not greasy, the bun was soft and fluffy and the fries were tasty! Definitely a good alternative affordable eatery as compared to other usual fast food joint around the area!

Empire State used to have an outlet at Iluma (before it changed its name to Bugis+), and I remembered that I had tried the best buffalo wings I've ever had in my life there. I never got to have better buffalo wings after that, not even at other Empire State outlets now. So ever since then, I've been hoping that the same chef would cook whenever I visit, but probably not since that's like a few years ago.

So my buddy and I love to order 2 different dishes to share, we hardly have our main dish to ourselves. The Empire State BBQ Ribs were excellent for sharing considering its huge portion, the ribs were tender and succulent whereby it was simply effortless to separate the meat from the bone! The seasoned BBQ sauce was also very yummy and enough to dip the fries with it. The meslun salad was also refreshing. The Grilled Salmon was amazing as well, paired with meslun salad and mashed potato. The sauce that came with it was awesome, too bad I'm not sure what is it. The salmon was perfectly grilled such that it's neither under nor overcooked, keeping its moist and firmness well, it was also fresh without any fish taste. Overall, I see myself returning soon for the other delicious looking items on its menu.

Haven't been to Thai Express in awhile. Went to the outlet at Northpoint some time ago to because we were craving for Thai cuisine and this happens to be really accessible and convenient outlet!

Ordered their Pineapple Fried Rice with Seafood and the rice was really fragrant with pineapple smell and taste. However, we weren't impressed of the seafood portion at all. We also got their Mixed Seafood with Plain Rice, which are basically the same except for its rice and seafood portion. I love the grilled seafood as they are can easily be overcooked to become chewy and dry but this was not. Overall although portion can be improved, the food were tasty, paired with efficient service and comfortable environment.

Benten Cafe is a fusion casual dining place that combines western-Japanese style food in an open dining concept at Jurong Point. Its creative creations goes from baked rice, hamburger steak, Japanese rice don, omu curry rice, teppan set to its lovely parfait and dessert selections.

Have ordered their Hamburger Steak with Cheese as well as Teriyaki Chicken Combo. The dishes came promptly soon after ordering yet they were also served hot, says a lot about their efficiency in whipping up these dishes. The presentation were also very true to the plastic displays they have and that's probably one of the few reasons why I love Japanese food, they always take presentation very seriously. The food tasted great and the portion were generous enough to fill us up. Overall, I enjoyed my time here having quality fusion food at affordable prices.
