It's a quiet Monday morning. Not many customers. I ordered a plate of black carrot cake. Before cooking, the auntie scrapped away the chao da (burnt leftover) at the side of the wok with the spatula. Beside her, there was a big rubbish bin. She held the spatula and hit on the bin a few times until the chao da dropped off. Then she started to cook. This will be my first and also last time eating there.
