Thai Vermicelli: The dressing for the vermicelli was very light, so it’s not very Thai but I still like it as everything tastes clean and light on the palate. Other than vermicelli, there’s also julienned carrot, chicken slices and coriander.
Veggie Salad: Their veggie salads are always tossed in dressing beforehand so they always absorb the flavours and do not have that really raw vegetable taste. This salad came together with capisum slices that was cooked till soft beforehand, hence it was nice and sweet, and soft creamy pumpkin and avocado cubes. The taste is really great
Couscous: The couscous also came together with capisum that was cooked till soft beforehand. Couscous is actually some kinda wheat/semolina substitute for those who don't want to eat rice/pasta. It was interesting and not bad and the 'grains' are much smaller than rice.
