Momiji is home to Singapore's first-ever collagen hotpot buffet, brought to you by Suki Group. With an array of over 100 items such as various shabu shabu meat, seafood, sushi, fish balls, bamboo meat paste, vegetables, pastries, desserts and more! Eat to your heart's content and beautifying at the same time - A splendid indulgence at an affordable price. The soup base is collagen pudding made by simmering kampong chicken for six hours. Patrons can customize the flavor of the soup to their liking with Himalayan pink salt, hot kimchi paste or collagen shoyu. I perfer the shoyu though.

The buffet spread was huge, meat selections are mainly - Beef, Pork Belly & Pork Collar. Do note that for every two pax dining in, you will get a complimentary premium item of either Wagyu Beef or Snow Crab. Something unique from the usual buffet line up - Momiji offers raw egg, as well as Onsen Tomago which is basically half boiled egg. My favorite item among the rest of the hotpot dishes - Bamboo Meat Pastes. I'm amazed at the wide choices of different flavor - Minced Pork, Kimchi Seafood, Cuttlefish and Fish & Pork Paste. Cooked food, all sort of vegetables, sushi, desserts & more. All in all, I feel it's worth the money given lunch is starting at $19.90. And collagen is good for your skin ya smile

I had the privillage to attend a media tasting at Royal mail to indulge in some of the best cocktails and bar grub. Guests can expect an appetizing range of specialty cocktails, a well-curated range of whiskeys and spirits, as well as bar grub that boast modern British sensibilities. The best moment is spending time w your friends, colleagues and loved ones, and settle down at The Royal mail during Happy Hour.

Favorite drink was 'apple of my eye' martini and prime beef as a bite. Prime rib must try! It offers a wide variety of bites such as fries with truffle mayo, meat balls and more. This showcase the chefs’ finesse and flair in pairing food and drinks. Most of them goes perfectly well together. The Happy Hour deals changes daily with a wide selection of drinks to pick from. The Royal Mail focuses on working the taste-buds of guests and prices are easy on your wallet. This is probably my first review on a bar and never knew complementing cocktails and prime rib (Best Prime Rib in SG as suggested by @ladyironchef) goes perfectly well. I'd definitely be back.

The Pelican Seafood Bar & Grill serves classic east coast American cuisine with a focus on fresh seafood and wood-fired grilling. We used The Entertainer voucher for a 1-for-1 main course which we had the ribeye steak as well as unlimited Belvedere cocktails.

Ribeye Cap Steak ($58) - I quite like the texture of it - juicy and tender. The steak itself tasted great even without any condiments. Skate Wing Chop ($36) - with burn lemon butter. It tasted more like the angmoh style of our usual sambal stingray. Fresh and soft meat, accompanied with crispy fries. Double Atlantic Linguini & Clams ($58) - with chili flakes, garlic and white wine. Double says all which also means double the portion. $58 for double pasta may seems like a rip-off. But I'm impressed at the generous servings of clams, it's more than the pasta. Overall, it's decent but certainly satisfying.
We were attended by the manager most of the time and thank you for the great service. We dined outdoor during the National's Day Parade full dress rehearsal last week, our stunning table view was facing the exact spot for fireworks. Overall, my dining experience at The Pelican was such a joy especially spending it w great company. Special thanks to The Entertainer.

They are known for their extremely great service such as providing free medicure and free flow of snacks/drinks during your waiting time. And of course their good quality meats and broth! After hearing the epic hype about how great the food/service at Hai Di Lao is, I made a reservation on a Friday night. As usual, it was already crowded at 7 pm but we were well taken care of in terms of having a seat and getting our drinks.

Unlimited serving of fruits, desserts, pickles and 20 over different sauces. Note that this is chargeable at $4 for each person. We were not told about it but we realised after scanning through the menu. So once you take something from the sauce bar, it will automatically charged into your bill. For the broth, we had Ma La and Black Chicken w Herbs. I personally like the black chicken one while the Ma La was too oily and spicy for my liking. Note that 2 soup base is charged at $20 flat. Recommended sides are Select Beef, Black Pork and Handmade Dumplings/Noodles.

After reading, you will come to realise that dining at Hai Di Lao isn't cheap at all. For a table of 2 diners, the bill came up to almost a hundred bucks - but it is certainly satisfying.

The hype for desserts these days surrounds waffles, cakes and tarts in cafes. But has everyone forgotten the traditional taste of Hong Kong desserts? If you're a fan of Hong Kong desserts like myself, you've got to check out Hee Kee - it's first Singapore store located in Jurong Point. I was amazed that they serve a delectable spread of 80 desserts, all hand-made by its in-house chefs. Glad to be invited for a food tasting at Hee Kee to sample some of their best desserts. Some unique and really good desserts like - traditional steamed milk pudding,

Mango Cheong Fun ($3.30 per piece) - Steamed spongy sweet-coconut infused skin filled with mango chunk. Wrapped nicely like a gift, look at how 'shiny' and silky those skins were? It's such a great combination, sweet mangos wrapped with coconut skin. Just thumbs up.

Whole Coconut with Coconut Ice cream & Peanut Crush ($8.80) - It's indeed a refreshing dessert, filled with rich coconut ice cream and coconut flesh, topped off with crushed peanuts. This dish reminds me of the famous coconut ice cream in Bangkok, it tasted almost the same. It comes with a cup of refreshing coconut juice as well.

Durian Pancake (From $3.30) - I'm always a durian pancake fan and this dish satisfied my craving. The durian pancake at Hee Kee is a hearty combination of rich durian puree and whipped cream, wrapped in coconut infused skin. One thing I've to emphasized - the coconut infused skin tasted heavenly! Having it alone was already good enough, adding on the durian puree filling was just pure shiok-ness.

If those dishes I've mentioned above excites you, be sure to visit Hee Kee to get your dessert fix! You can get to enjoy sweet treats in a vintage-inspired 40-seating setting with your loved ones.
