While waiting for our morning flight, DG bought some snacks from Tip Top. This was my first time eating at Tip Top.

Initially, I thought this was a curry puff.



Turned out it was a sardine puff. I always prefer sardine filling over curry filling. Initially, I thought of only taking few bites but I ended up finished the entire puff. The thickness of the pastry was just nice, not too thick. Love the refreshing crunch of the onions inside the puff too.



The fish ball was an as expected one, with the chewiness and saltiness to my liking. We had it with chilli sauce. Yum yum...

We had our breakfast here at Killiney while waiting for our morning flight. There is a whole stretch of food places around that area, together with children playground. You can let your children running wild at the playground while enjoying your meal.

I ordered Mee Siam, it was served in disposable ware. 

The gravy of the Mee Siam was rather plain. I usually like it thick and sour, this gravy was too light and clear for my liking, tasted more like the sayur assam in Indonesian cuisine. The Mee Siam was served with tau pok, tauge, spring onion, egg and slices of assam.

Sedap Corner is famous for their roast chicken. During lunch time, there is always a queue in front of the stall. Seems that I got here early enough today.



The chicken was cooked just right that the meat was tender while the skin is well roasted. The rice was slightly oily but was flavorful. We love to pair the chicken with their ginger garlic chilli. It tasted great to add some dark soy sauce to the chilli for the additional sweet taste. The soup was so so though, the typical soup that you can get from any chicken rice stall.

Located along Jalan Jurong Kechil, this place is not easily missed with its eye-catching burning flame image as the background of their signage board.This was my chicken rendang prata set ($6.5). There were two huge pieces of prata, one with egg and another one plain. I usually prefer plain one as I find it more crispy. However, the prata here were just like its name suggests, powerful, even the egg prata was crunchy!This is the rendang came together in the set. We love the fragrant from the galangal and lemongrass. The gravy just isn't enough for the 2 huge prata.This is jumbo set ($7.5), with the nasi lemak sitting on the omelette. Other than that, nothing really special about this dish.We find this sambal squid set ($6) worth every single cents, the nasi lemak was served with chicken wing, fish, squid, egg, peanuts and cucumber. I think this set is clearly more sumptuous than the jumbo set.Curry fish head was on promotion ($9.9) so we ordered one too. I was digging through the gravy but couldn't find my favorite lady's finger, disappointed... The curry gravy was infused with many herbs and spices, rendering a taste similar to Indian style curry.The food here wasn't as spicy as we thought of. We heard that they might have toned down the spiciness level to suit the taste buds of general public. Hmm... I wonder if we could place special order to have a glimpse of their super spicy nasi lemak again!

I received this blueberry cheesecake as a treat! It looked lovely and it was nicely packed.It was a rather small jar of cheesecake. There were blueberry jam atop cheesecake, you can find some whole blueberries too. I am a cheese lover, the cheesecake was not as cheesy as I would love but it was not bad. It would be great if the graham crackers can be more crunchy though.
