Nice cosy place near Macpherson. The staff here provides good service and the price is very reasonable. They have a cooking workshop just next to the cafe (connected). They also sell baking stuff in the shop as well. 

Having a cup of coffee and a small piece of cake to go with it is a pure joy. We saw the table next to us having a nice sandwich and salad too. We are too full to try but for sure, with the good service here, we will drop by again next time to try some of their other offerings.

With the hype on this place, we went down to have a bite of the famous mee. Honestly, it did not wow me much. The noodles were ok and the ingredients passable. We ordered the fish ball soup and they have nice touches of spinach in the soup which we like. The soup is also very tasty too. 

I do feel thirsty drinking the soup and guess it might be the generous amount of MSG inside. Overall, I will not come back specially for the noodle. If I am nearby, it's a maybe. 

The fried mala fish is very worth it. Price is very reasonable of course in this setting cost $30. The food is very generous and tasty here. Ambience is not that good but the quality of food and low price made up for it. You will probably be sweating away with all the ma la by the end of the food journey but it's ok if you have a few glasses of sugarcane water to ease the fire. Enjoy!

 I had my grilled fish, perfected by the slightly sweet black pepper sauce. Loved the way the fish is grilled, just the right amount of oil in the fish.The salad is so good. Fries is normal. Next time, I will skip the fries and just have extra servings of salad lah! Rating: 9/10This is my son's fav dish - creamy as ever and he simply loved it. I think he almost wanted to lick the plate at the end. Rating 9.5/10My wife ordered this dish and it is good too. I am not a fan of pasta but I loved the extra bits of chilli there as it spice up the dish a bit. Rating: 8.8/10Will be back next time to try their other dishes. The chef is very friendly - cook with a heart and serve with a smile. Ambience here is not that great. It will be great if they can decorate the place a little lah, with table cloth and such, maybe some candle lights etc but hey, for this price and food quality/ servings we are getting - honestly, we are happy with it! will be back for sure! Overall rating: 9/10

This place is tucked away in a quiet corner of MBS. The place is clean and nice but I think location is not that good - so not many crowd here. But that's good for us, as it means no problem getting good seats and fast service.

If you are there, try their set Nasi Lemak andchoose the 'bua long long' juice. It is so pure and tasty I think this is easily one of the top drink in my list. It is pressed right on the spot and is as fresh as you can get. 

The chicken wing is extremely cruncy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The rice is also very frangrant and is green in colour, most likely from the frangrant pandan leaves.

The penang laksa is the most disappointing (considering it is a chef special). It is not served with lots of fresh mint leaves and the hae kor taste is not strong enough. I will not order that again next time. 

Overall, it is above average. Will be back.
