Tasty mee siam served with a generous portion of spring onion and bee hoon. It also contains beansprouts and fried beancurd. The sauce is not too spicy and not too salty, which is great. For those who prefer it spicier, there is chilli.placed at the side of the plate to add how much you want. The sauce is not too thick and lime has been squeezed into the mee siam dish before it was served. Will drop by again someday when i have craving for it again.

Thai lunch Smile Mar 21, 2014

Ordered their fried rice. Fragrant and flavourful, it is served warm and prompt. Cooked with springy fresh prawns and fried with egg, the rice doesn't taste hard, like other places' fried rice. There are also a couple of cashew nuts placed on top of the rice, making the whole dish quite presentable. However, it is not quite different from the chinese style of fried rice. Nevertheless, will definitely return again one day to enjoy it!

Pizza in USS Smile Mar 21, 2014

- Relatively affordable food in USS!
- They had a wide variety of pizzas available. Pizzas include the magarita, pepperoni, hawaiian and so on. The pizzas taste good, despite the breaded crust being a little hard. The serving portion for the pizza was huge too, which is makes one full easily.
- There were other side dishes like chicken wings and lagsana. The chicken wings were well-marinated and flavourful.
- They had outdoor sitting as well, which at night, is cooling.
- Self-service style of ordering and paying at the counter. However, the pizza will be delivered to your table.

Will definitely have my meal here again if I ever go back to USS.

Fast food Smile Mar 20, 2014

Good:
-Loved the McSpicy chicken and their fries! The burger is always delicious and spicy. The meat is always soft, though juicy with oil. As for their fries, there seem to be something really nice about them that people often return just for the fries!
-Ordered the Matcha mcFlurry as well. It was quite sweet but really refreshing to eat that, especially on a warm sunny day.

Not-so-good:
- The oil content of the burger especially is really high. It would be too unhealthy to have it often. Same for the fries as well, especially since it is deep-fried using the same oil many time.

Overall:
It is nice to enjoy such junk food once in a while!

Peking duck Smile Mar 20, 2014

Categories : Sichuan | Zi Char

Good:
- Came here to try their Peking duck and was surprised that it tastes really great! The skin is crispy and juiyc, while the meat is thinly sliced and tender. They also do it the authentic way, providing you with the flour skin, spring onion and sauce to wrap the peking duck yourself.
- Ordered the fried rice, which is fragrant and addictive, leaving you wanting for more!
- Conveniently located near the MRT

Not-so-good:
- The Ma Po Toufu tastes a little too salty and spicy for my liking. However, we still finished it all up.

Overall:
Will come by again one day to eat the peking duck!
